Omg! Had the strangest visit to a fast food restaurant! First they didnt know how to upcharge me for cheese sauce. Then he messes up our order. I went to tell the workers, but all of them were outside smoking. I went outside the window (where they were smoking) and informed them. The man walks back in (without washing his hands or the use of gloves) and makes me another. They set the old one on the counter and asked me to throw it away.i told them no and that we no longer wanted the food considering I watched you make it with out washing your hands before. They refuse to admit it and dont offer a refund. We go to leave and the man comes and finally gives the refund and set the new one on the counter and ask us to throw it away. Again said no. When we walked out they literally locked the doors and put the fence down (it is attached to a gas station) when the sign said opened 24 hrs. I will never return to this place!

When i ordered some food at the front counter the other day, i saw something utterly discusting. I saw an employee named Ashley Eating fries out of the frie holder while no one was looking, the people are nice though its just that is sick! She has also served me in drive thru never greeted me ever! I had to honk one time to get thier attention?! When coming to this place to eat i expect to recieve loyal customer service not people eating out of the fries made for customers?

I accidentally called this number when I was trying to call another location for forgetting bacon on my sandwich and the two hashbrowns I ordered. The person that answered was an absolute jerk. She sounded like I was a complete inconvenience. Do you know how easy your job is? Make sandwich. Put sandwich in bag. Sorry you guys messed it up. Not my fault. Be a little nicer next time sweetheart.

Wanted to try the river and chicken bowl but was afraid . The great guy behind the counter said he would give it to me to try and didnt even charge me for it.. It was so good! I went back and ordered more. The guys here are so friendly and right on your order. For Fenton area and all this is one of my few favorites. Well done guys keep up the great work.

They gave me old food and I no it was old because I used to work for jack in the box every time I come to this location often xause its next to my job but ill will not go there any more im fed up with them they are always rude and dont know what they are doing

Terrible food. Went thru drive thru ordered sourdough jack w/no tomato and onion rings. Got home and found bread cold and not toasted, meat patty was overcooked, dry and cold. WAS NOT COOKED TODAY. Terrible sandwich. The onion rings were okay.
