If there was a was to give no stars I would, I come here for the great food. Today while on lunch I ran there to pick up two orders for the office. When I got there I asked the person to give me a moment while I organized everything, she stated ok, let me know when you are ready. I then said I was ready to order and the intercom cut out. I then asked again, person on the other end stated what part of wait one minute I am busy do you not understand.... very disappointing customer service. When I made my orders it seemed like she was not listening to a thing I said I had to repeat my order 3 times. I then got total pulled around and asked if this was a franchise or corporate business which she could not comprehend, I asked why she was so rude, she said she was sorry that a customer in front of me ordered wrong and was rude to her, I stated unfortunately that has nothing to do with me and its not very customer service like. She did apologize and I do appreciate it. In another way, that is no way to treat paying customer would like to know what corporation to call and make a formal complaint, the food is awesome, would love to come back and will continue to, but staff need to be retrained or something to improve their customer service. Employee definitely seemed overwhelmed. All in all I waited over 30 min for my food. Staff 1/5, Food 4/5 (fries were cold by the time I received them) Appearance 3/5

Minus the stand part. Older A&W, without the drive in, just the drive through, like most fast food restaurants these days. Clean, but old. Skate Park Next Door. Still serves that fine AW Rootbeer. Ordered a single papa burger combo, they charged me for the double. A decent place for a meal, but clearly the owners are not interested in bringing their store into the 21st century, and neither is YUM brands, owner of the franchise.

Went throught drive thru and ordered a vanilla dish for my dog. When i got to the window an old man was there. I told him i needed a lid and no spoon. He told me it had a lid. Except the lid on it had a hole. I asked again and told him it was for my dog at home. He then took it and smashed a drink lid on it that went inside the cup. Of course he didnt say "thank you". I wont be going back.

The employees are curt, if not entirely standoffish. The food is pretty good (the floats are irreplaceable and the chili cheese fries are delicious), but at the prices theyre selling it for you wouldnt want to go there all the time. Maybe for a treat...if the prevailing attitude in the place doesnt put you off your feed first.

Great place to take the family! Conveniently located next to the park and skate park. Outdoor seating as well. Food its always hot and fresh. Friendly service and the owners are very charitable in the community.
