OK, so we dont have this fast food chain where I live and I have always heard reference and raves about it. Maybe I stopped on a bad day, but I doubt it. The staff was very friendly, but the food was horrible! I ordered a #1 which included 4 little "sliders", fries, and a drink. The most impressive thing was the fountain drink machine that offered tons of choices. The burgers and fries both smelled like fish .. cant remember if fish was on the menu as if it is, it must all be cooked in the same oil to explain the smell. The burgers were not just small and smelly, they tasted just as bad and wasnt cheap! My first and last time to visit this chain, starving or not, I will find something better.

Ordered a couple different things around 10pm on a Monday. Cashier was polite and quick. When I got home I had someone elses order. Disappointed but food is food so it was no big deal! Called just to let them know someone may have gotten my order. The manager reimbursed me for the food and was very kind about it.love good customer service!!!

This was my first and last time trying white castle. The minute I walked in it was dirty (floors, Counter, tables, drink station, bathroom) They were out of 3 different options I wanted to order. Me and my family ordered but decided we were not comfortable eating the food. Staff was nice.

The guy was frustrated with the amount of customers but never expressed it. He stayed friendly and was able to correct are orded. Drive thru time was normal and food was correct. Only down a star because one of the employees where real bossy and rude.

Service was quick and painless. Only complaint that I have is they unfortunately forgot my 2 ordered cheese cups for my fries. It was late at night, so I do understand and I am not angry. I do suggest this business!

First time here. Husband liked the food but to me it tasted like Salisbury steak from a frozen TV dinner. Friendly fast service but bathrooms were sick and lobby needed cleaning.

Slow service, out all condiments, soda machine was all empty. We got 20 sliders and all of them had little to no onions and probably half didnt have pickles but the food was good.
