This is the worst Taco Bell store Ive encounterd in the 39 years, Ive been eating Taco Bell!! They run out of meat and beans at this store, and do not order ice tea from this place! It tastes like stagnant old water! They dont clean the dispenser, or change the tea out!! We have given this location so many chances since they opened almost 5 years ago, but when we ordered our last food from there, we ordered the spice $5 box and received a taco and bean burrito. They didnt give us the drink, or the box it was supposed to be served in. They threw it all in a bag. Really??? We are done! The health department should be contacted at this Pevely location on Hwy Z and then they need to fire that store manager! A 10 year old could do a better job! They give Taco Bell a very bad name! Get rid of this manager in a hurry!

This is the WORST taco bell, or business in general, I have ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE! The workers are rude, unhelpful, get orders wrong every single time, and REFUSE to correct their mistakes. Also they will not let you speak to a manager, they lie saying the managers refuses to see you, but they didnt even speak to a manager. They dont want to work, they take forever to do the utmost simplest tasks and they have a serious attitude. The worst scum of Pevely come here to get hired. I cant count how many times the drive through person has been high as a kite and couldnt perform their job correctly. They need to fire EVERYONE in this building and rehire with higher standards. Do not go here!

I came through the drive thru this morning for breakfast, while ordering your sprinkler system came on- it happened to be pointed right at my face. It soaked the inside of my car and my clothes before I could get my window up. When I drove to the window- and told them what happened and asked for some napkins- the girl did not even apologize- she just said- Oh we dont control the sprinklers. Then took 5 minutes to bring me some napkins instead of just handing them to me right away. Seriously- the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced in my life, to top it off my order was wrong. Ill never frequent your establishment again.

The person working the drive thru was extremely rude.He did not give us a receipt and when we checked our food the tacos were soggy, smashed and barely anything on them and then for the maxi melts i ordered they had nothing on them besides cheese and the sour cream that i added on them. The cheese for my nachos was less than 1/3 filled and had several chunks of foreign mystery stuff. i am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. The only good part of it was the shift leader on duty refunded my money and was very apologetic.

I hate this Taco Bell. I rather stop at the one in Arnold on my way home and just take the chance its cold than stop at this one by my house. 9 out of 10 times there is an issue. They have forgot part of my order, burnt (dont know how they do that) my mexican pizza, etc. Last time I went the tacos all stuck to the wrapper and the shell just fell apart. All 6!. Plus both nacho chips looked like they were dumped in there because non were in the bags. Even my husband said hes never going there again and he NEVER complains.

I love Taco Bell but I dont even bother coming to this one anymore because I give up. They screw the order up EACH AND EVERY TIME! Whether its missing items, wrong items, didnt put all of the ingredients on the item, or they dont put in the requested sauce ("its on the bottom, Sir, sorry about that" but actually not in there). And thats after waiting longer than you would at other Taco Bells. Order a Burrito Supreme and youll usually end up with a mouthful of sour cream when you bite into one end. El yucko!

What can you say that someone doesnt already know? Its classic american-mexican food. Average quality at best but with many 1 dollar items unlike most other fast food establishments anymore. Sometimes all the sour cream will be at one end of the burrito resulting in a mouthful of cream at the beginning or a wasted last bite because your only left with tortilla and sour cream, but this is a Taco Bell problem, not specific to this location.

I was ready to come write a bad review and give this place a piece of my mind. I was waiting 20 minimizes for a simple order and asked where it was. They replied promptly and friendly and were honest that it was a simple mistake. They without me asking refunded my meal and got it out to me asap. Turned my bad experience into an extremely pleasant one and Im very pleased with the food despite the wait.

Its not saying much by giving a fast food joint poor ratings, but in the last year or so the service and food quality/ care has fallen off a cliff... from waiting 15 to 20 minutes in the drive thru while there were only 2 people a head of you to soggy hard tacos. Its come to the point where I dont even want to go there anymore. I guess I will be driving to Festus or Arnold for edible fast food

Well really most of the time when your food gets messed up here it is at night. There are some intelligent people who work here its just that its located in the middle of a po dunk inbred town where most of the people are to damn stupid and cant follow simple directions. Its usually the customers that make the experience here bad not the workers.

Tear it back down and rebuild the kitchen. This place is a Fn disgrace!! NEVER gets anything right EVER!!! Waited 25 mins in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me, thanks for wasting my gas, money, and time as usual, certainly not the first time, but its damn sure the last...Go to hell oh and also thanks...for nothing.

Excellent service! I was very impressed that when I asked for a substitute they have it to me without an extra charge like the Taco Bell in my home town. He also gave us large cups even tho all we ordered was water :-)

It took me literally 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru (there were only 3 cars ahead of me).. and I never once heard an apology about the wait. Of course my order was completely wrong too.

Fast and freindly folks. I am not ultra picky about tacos but they are always quick and usually busy so other people around here must like them too.
