Terrible experience. Went here on bikes with my friends, bought some tacos (we were eating slowly). All of the sudden this orange haired worker, didnt get the name it all happened so fast, came and told us that we cant just sit here and loiter. We were still eating and we were the only ones in the place eating. We werent being loud, or disrespectful, we were just sitting down and enjoying the time. She kicked us out for "loitering" also threw away our sodas because she believed that we didnt pay for it while afterwards we showed her our receipt and that we did pay for it. Food was good, didnt really get to eat all of it and enjoy it considering that we got kicked out. Workers were all very nice besides the one orange haired lady. We later came back the next day, while walking in she said, "not these trouble makers again". We walked over to the counter, bought our food, got some water, and sat down. Mid-drink she took my friends cup to see if he actually got water and took it out of his hand. She also felt the need to open up all of our drinks to check if they were water. This woman needs to be fired and stop kicking people out for eating.

I just spent an hour in the Drive-Thru 3 separate occasions trying to get my order correct and was told the third time around to not get an attitude from the ignorant employee at the drive-thru window, maybe the first time i drive there they could have gotten the order correct..they called the cops on the habdicapped lady in front of me after they got her order wrong as well and she was unsatisfied trying to get her meal fixed...im pretty sure the last burger ( third try) was rubbed on someones junk or thrown on the floor so I opted out for white castle instead

Never will I go to this place again. Ive never been so disrespected in a drive-thru in my life. Im just in the drive-thru trying to order a couple of tacos and they start yelling at me saying, "We already have the tacos, sir!" in the nastiest voice ever. I kept trying to clarify I was wanting additional tacos, though I kept getting cut off before I could finish my thought. Suffice it to say, I didnt wait around to finish the order, and just left the drive-thru, where someone else had the audacity to say "Hey, thanks for that, buddy."

I love Jack in the Box. This is hands down the worst Jack in the box around. Every time I go the workers look filthy, youre handling food, at least maintain the idea of hygiene. However, this last time I drew the line and will NEVER go back. I found a piece of either a receipt or a price tag inside my taco. I took a bite and see the numbers just staring back at me.

Jumbo jack with cheese and no tomato. So the put the tomato on and then the cheese, so both had to be picked and throw off. Ordered Coke and got sprite or sierras mist or something. Ordered 7 Jalapeño poppers and was charged for 7 but only got 5, of which were still half frozen. The fries were clearly old as can be, cold and slightly stale.

Just had the grande breakfast burrito....gross. It was so greasy I could not eat it. the burrito shell was soaked. threw it away...wont order that again...ever. Oh, and the little lady that was at the window need to learn to smile at the customers.

This jack in the box sucks. Every time I try to call they dont answer I have called multiply times for simple questions like prices etc. Then one time when I was there I left my wallet in the car went to go get it and the young workers locked me out.

For one thing the phone number they have listed is a FAX machine! I was wanting to call them and tell them they forgot my egg roll which I paid for , but they make it soooo hard to complain or get ahold of you give up on the 1.59

Idk way it is but seen I stopped working there every time I eat there I end up having to call out of my work the next day cus it I end up pucking all night and having a sharp pain in my stomach

Came in to have breakfast at 8am most tables were dirty sausage biscuit was old and hard, hash browns were cold. Not happy at all. Started belching after we ate, hoping we dont get sick.
