I really want to love this place because its close to home and I love breakfast, but its consistently disappointing. My eggs have been undercooked every time I have dined here. The last time I was here I ordered eggs, potatoes and turkey sausage. I didnt get the turkey sausage until I was basically finished eating everything else and it was not worth the wait. It was the worst turkey sausage Ive ever had and I could not even eat it. Service was slow and my water was never refilled. It wasnt even that busy, as there were multiple empty tables around us. To top it off, its pretty expensive. Ive given The Egg and I several chances, but its just okay at best.

Ive been to a few of these Egg and I chains/franchises, have really enjoyed them and thought they had quality food. This one not so much. The scrambled eggs were cafeteria quality (wet and mushy) and the french toast was mostly toast. The poached eggs that my wife had on her eggs Benedict were not drained properly so the rest of the dish was soggy. Good sized menu with plenty of options. Servers and hostess were lovely, but unfortunately I wouldnt recommend.

My wife and I have been here about 6 times and we love it here. I normally dont even like breakfast type places. The food is always Really good. Wayyy better than First Watch in my opinion. A few experiences with slower servers but nothing ridiculous or complaint worthy. Haleigh (Hayley? Sorry haha) Is a Great server, she is always very sweet and we always feel lucky when we see shes there so we can ask for her! Easily one of our favorite places.

My 1st time was a great experience. ...Tia was very pleasant and helpful with suggestions. My egg (cant remember the name, i substituted ham for turkey sausage) entree, with fresh fruit, and blueberry pancakes were wonderful.....
