Ordered smoked salmon eggs benedict and kale tonic. If you order their smoothie, make sure you ask for NO ICE. There were gigantic ice cubes in my glass. I couldnt taste any veggie/freshness after my first sip... when ice cube started melting all I could taste was like artificially flavored fruit juice that gets seriously watered down. I dont understand it, there is already water added blending the smoothie, why would I need HUGE ice cubes to water it down even more?! Then for the eggs benedict, I have to say, the WORST Ive ever had in my whole life, even worse than the one I made at home for the very first time. The two eggs were poorly poached, literally hard boiled, no mention "runny" or even "soft" yolk. Hollandaise sauce was poorly made too. Cant taste any sourness at all (if you dont have fresh squeezed lemon juice, please use vinegar!) Smoked salmon is the worst, basically some aged soggy pickled salmon slices (and it says "wild caught" on the menu). Cant taste the woody smoked flavor at all. The frozen smoked salmon you buy from IKEA would even taste better than this. No English muffin at the bottom, not even an appropriate alternative. It was a slice of hard toast that they literally gave you a steak serving knife to cut it with. Greens on side is awful too. Some not-fresh-at-all spinach leaves dressed with pure white vinegar (here is the sourness I was looking for in the sauce!) This is a very poor pairing that made the main dish even less tasteful. And this dish is labeled $12.99. I get how they want brand them as "healthy" eating, but "healthy" dose not equal to "no flavor" no mention their lack of freshness! You could make dish healthy and delicious, thats what customers are paying for. Maybe they have some good items on the menu and I just happened to order the one that they are not good at making it. But to my point, this dish is very unprofessionally cooked and should never be presented to the customer. I cant believe how it got passed from the chefs hands to my table. Bad food quality. Over priced menu. Very disappointing experience dining here.

This place has gone downhill. The service is still good, but the menu items changed, namely the muffins. The muffins are no longer the large, fresh baked kind. Theyre much smaller and taste like they came straight out of a freezer - like a Hostess cake. Theyre not very good and they cost approximately 2.50 per muffin. A huge rip off for a low quality pastry. My spouse ordered biscuits and gravy and said the gravy dropped in quality as well. It was bland and yet also sour. The biscuits with the gravy cost 5 dollars. No meat came with it. Sausage, which was good, cost 3.50 for one link. The coffee price rose to 2.70. The coffee was very weak and watered down. I ordered an egg sandwich. When I received it, the entire bottom side of the sandwich, and my plate, was covered in wet egg yolk, so I couldnt eat it like a sandwich. Our server was great, and she deserved the tip she worked for. But the quality of food has dropped and prices have skyrocketed. We paid 30 dollars for what I can surmise is maybe a 15 dollar meal. And thats being generous. We will not be returning to First Watch. Id rather go to IHOP.

Ive been going to this restaurant over 10 years. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I order same thing every time. Today it was served different. I asked the waitress about it & she was VERY RUDE & had an ATTITUDE. I sent it back & was only 1 in our group that didnt eat. One person in our group has an allergy to bananas & told waitress she didnt want a muffin w/bananas. The waitress brought a muffin w/bananas. Rhe waitress was told she asked for no banana muffin. The waitress replied "No you didnt". This waitress has worked there many years, dont know why she was rude & had an attitude, but this is the worst service Ive ever had @ a restaurant.

Lemon ricotta pancakes, holy cow! Lemon curd clearly isnt made in house but the fresh, fluffy pancakes and fruit cut the sweetness of the curd and make for a delicious bite. Ill come back just for these. I was really disappointed in the classic eggs Benedict. This is what I get 90% of the time we have brunch and this is the worst I have had. It was completely drenched in hollandaise, which was not that flavorful. The ciabatta below was soaked and soggy, unpleasant to eat. It was running under my salad on the other side of the plate. Eggs were cooked nicely, ham wasnt too salty. Meh.

Sevice was good. My food was room temperature not hot. They offered to re cook but I thought they would hold it like the first batch so I said no thanks. The male cashier was very very very rude. He geal a full personal conversation with someone else and never addressed me with a thank you, why are yoy here ir any other acknowledgement. I should not have handed him my cc until he asked but I didnt have time to stay until he finished his conversation.

Dont get the eggs they dont know how to cook eggs properly I asked for two eggs scrambled with cheese. I expected to get some nice fluffy eggs with a lol cheese on top. Nope got one egg that was barley cooked not whisked before it was cooked. It was like a runny egg that they broke up a bit. If you dont like avocados dont go they put it on almost every menu item they have. Not the best breakfast in town would of enjoyed Dennys more.

Wonderful enthusiasm and utmost polite. I highly recommend those who would appreciate the finest quality food available not only that they give you just the right amount of portion that will keep you healthy and I have a lot of respect for that so I will go there many many more times because each time I go it gets better and better.

Not the most amazing place ever, but some decent breakfast options, it certainly seems to always have a long wait for a table. The avocado toast is pretty good. The orange juice seems to be made fresh from bad oranges... Would avoid that. Otherwise friendly service and decent food, potatoes are pan fried.

Love lunch there many days. But we order the same lunch every time. Fruity chicken salad. We went yesterday and it was gone. Well they could make it. No poppyseed dressing though. Very disappointed !!!! Now you just have the same old salads every other restaurant has. Bad move First Watch!!!!

We have been going to this restaurant for a few years now and have always loved it. TodAy we went and it was different. The oatmeal was served differently and was bland. The muffins have changed and arent near as good. They looked like the muffins we get at Schnucks.

Sarah, our server was great. The food was absolutely phenomenon. The summer menu is both eye appealing and very satisfying. I enjoyed the crab & asparagus omelet with potatoes and billionaire bacon. I will be back as often as possible. Thanks First Watch

The staff was great! My husband and I loved the menu selection and healthy choices. Also even though we had a long wait- they had a coffee bar with free coffee which was wonderful. We will definitely be back again and again!
