Went there after a long13 hr car ride. Got eggs and hashbrown with bacon. Daughter got the kids waffle meal. We sat at the bar area. Waitress didnt understand why we wanted to add eggs to the meal. So i was frustrated and kept my nose in my phone because i was sleeped deprived and thought my words would come out rudely. We get our food finished and waited for our daughter. We had looked up now that i had some energy and food in the system. Started to watch the cook. He was cracking eggs in the pan and then he took his hand (with gloves on) wiped the counter woth his fingers then attended to the eggs and dumped them on the plate he straighten the eggs up with the same hand and same pair of loved he just wiped the counter with. Then he served it. I told my husband to watch and then the cook with the same nasty gloves starts prepping a plate for a blt. He then goes and grabs the bacon from the cooler and puts it the pan he ust made eggs in...meanwhile still wearing dame gloves. At that point told my daughter to stop eating. My husband asked for the manager. Guess who that is....the cook. My husband told him why we wont be paying for this bill and the cook said fine just void it out. Then changed his gloves. Nasty Nasty Nasty.

The worst of the worst. Restaurant is so filthy with sticky tables, dead bugs and dust on the window sills. My grits were hard clumps with a soup of butter at the bottom of the bowl. Our server saw us sit down, there was only ONE other table there, and we sat there for 5 minutes waiting for her to greet us. She just stood at the counter and continued to eat her pint of Ben & Jerrys. Food is mediocre, eggs were rubbery and the grits were horrible. Our syrup bottle she brought us had an inch of syrup in it. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Went to get Waffle House in Arnold, MO. I walked in to see 2 open tables and 5 counter positions open. Each one of these spots had the food and plates left over from previous clients. I wait to take my seat... Since I prefer to sit at clean table. I waited 5minutes and not one of the three servers or one cook greeted us or cleaned a table. It was disgusting to see someones elses mess just sit there and be ignored by the wait staff. Needless to say that after waiting and being ignored I left. Bad wait staff, unclean environment.

Poor service. Bad food. Tried contacting corporate (twice) to complain and have received no response. Not even an apology. When a waitress spills coffee ALL over their customer and no one apologizes....the food tasting awful was the least of the bad experience. Used to be a loyal customer of Waffle House and if I had received any response after all my complaints from this one bad experience would have continued to frequent, but am now full fledged boycotting!! Bye Waffle House...guess my patronage didnt matter!

Came here late night with friends. This location is very clean and the service was great, especially considering it was late. The food was as you would expect, mostly salty but curbed the late night hunger. It was a pleasant surprise to find a touch tunes machine for music here. Im sure Ill visit again.

Staff was friendly food was good but if you want a decently quick meal go some where else it took 40 minutes to just get silverware And drinks and the "regulars" were drunk and obnoxious getting in our person space and business. Would have rather went one exit down to the other Waffle House!

Come in at 910am today 3 other people get servered and me and my wife leave after waiting 10 minutes and no one serving us.... Really ignore you Custermers and hope they go away. Horrible place and dirty never gonna spend money at this one. Go to Dennys.

Grill should be cleaned as there was a 10 minute break until next customer but they choose to do a phone check I realized they work very hard but this would have taken only a few minutes and would have made the place look a lot cleaner

We came in and waited for ten minutes. One of the servers said to another, "They can wait!" As she got a number from the man she was waiting on. Were pretty chill so didnt really understand.

I go for the bad-a$$ omelets, not the waffles. I think its the way the run the eggs in a blender or something - theyre fluffier than anything! I could eat them all day. :)

Quick and efficient service. We visit this location occasionally and have never been disappointed. I recommend the eggs with onions. Super delicious!
