5 of us had dinner at Ihop tonight. The food was great. The waitress told us she was new, but seemed to do everything correctly. We got our drink or taken and she took our order at the same time. Then we sat. Another table had been seated right after us. Then about 15 minutes after our order was placed another table of about 6 came in. We still wait. The table that was seated after us got their food. (Dont know what they ordered) Then a while later the group of 6 got all their food. We are still waiting. The waitress was good and kept saying that our food should be coming up soon. The 1st table finishes their food and is getting ready to leave. Finally our food comes out. I ask to talk to the manager. She comes out and talks to the table next to us and all they can talk about is how cold it was in there. I ask again. She finally comes out and ask if there is a problem.. I said I had a complaint about the cooks. I explained the problem. She went to check on things. Came back and said that the bigger group had only ordered eggs and pancakes. Not true. At least one of them had ordered Chicken fried steak. She said that since I had ordered fried chicken and it takes 14 minutes to cook. The waitress was suppost to call it out to the cooks, that they didnt know I want fried chicken until they looked at the ticket. (Why are they looking at the other ticket before ours? Ours was placed at least 10 - 15 minutes before theirs). So according to the manager, it was the waitresses fault. I totally disagree. Apparently she was not trained properly! I m sure I wasnt the first person to order fried chicken from her. The manager did not try to offer a dessert, or free meal or anything. She just walked away. I do not feel this was handled right for us the customer or to the new waitress. Something needs to be done about the training and customer satisfaction with the MANAGER!!!

the worst service i have ever seen in my life. first i had to wait about 20 minutes to get service while other people that came after me were getting service. second i ordered my food waited 45 minutes and i got up asked the what is going on with my food. they tell me we gave your food to someone else then they brought me food i didnt order. i just had to get up and leave. i will never go to that place again or recommend anybody to go there

I dont know how anybody could rate any IHOP in any city in America higher than a two or maybe three. I have been to this particular ihop when it was completely dead and got slow snail like service. I have been here when it was busy and got even slower snail like service. End result, no matter when you go to IHOP expect slow service. Even if theres no wait there is going to be a wait. I am surprised this place stays open.

This was the worst its ever been which isnt so bad. I ordered eggs over medium and they yokes were still clear, the whipped cream was falling off the plate, so the server brought an extra plate, but then someone else came and cleared it off the table, no one brought us maple syrup, which is kind of a thing there and generally just wasnt as good as usual. Normally its good, fast and friendly...

I wont be back. My wife and I ordered basic breakfast food and it took them 35 minutes to get it out to us, our drinks were never refilled, they never let us know it was going to take forever, and they brought my wife pancakes instead of the French toast she ordered. We didnt have time to complain, we were already late for our movie.

Service wasnt up to parr. Food was good. While checking out staff was on Landline phone with personal calls. While in the middle of transaction, phone call came in & instead of asking them to hold, they had myself and 2 kids wait for them to answer callers question making it obvious they didnt call inquiring about IHOP. Even answered

It was good, then a mom and 3 children was seated right behind me and i couldnt even hold a conversation with my boyfriend it was so loud. families with children should be seated in a section together! Nothing against children , I have 4 of my own.

Love the kids menu choices. Everything on the menu itself looks amazing. Ive joined the ihop email and receive free meals on birthdays not only for me but each member of my family. One free meal for each birthday! Awwesome Servers are friendly!

Our waitress (Amber) was very attentive, not only to us but all her customers. The entire staff seemed to be in sync with each other. Obviously very busy being a Sunday morning but our experience was very nice!

Convenient location can be seen from highway. Four handicap spaces near the entrance. Large lighted parking lot. Full IHOP menu. Good food and fast service. Note: at this location, you pay the server.

It is crowded for Sunday brunch but the food is good and the service great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have not been there any other time because this is my go to place for brunch.

Food was bad. Hash browns a burnt little brick, two tiny pieces of ham, had to have French toast...white toast was an upcharge.... Waitress wasnt sure where we could pay the bill.

Went yesterday with my mom. Both got two eggs, hasbrown and bacon and toast. 21 bucks lol. Eggs were runny, no real flavor. I will never go back to IHOP
