Sunday: 11-20-2011 My wife and I along with my children have been coming to this IHOP for years. Recently, ( last 24 months ) not only has the food quality gone down but, the wait staff treats people as if we are there to do them a favor ( Annie We Miss Your Service ). I think this IHOP underwent an ownership change or the management is not being held accountable. I am not prejudice but, some of the staff have an extreme ghetto attitude. I dont know why they hired such low level employees to represent this location but, we will not be going back. We have seen this type of declining service inching westward down the Rock Road. STAY AWAY!! . We are being forced to head over the bridge to find anywhere decent to eat now. (( Unless you find that rare gem where the owners care about their business ))

The food here is always great but the service could be better. My family and I come here just about every Sunday and enjoy the good greatly. It seems that the general manager doesnt enjoy seeing Hispanics dine in , which is awkward being that she is of Hispanics. We waited and saw people with the same family size be seated before us. Time past and I seemed as if we were not going to be seated so asked the host and it seemed that he over looked my name. A nice woman came and seated us but to only have a server who was bold , didnt know how to properly serve and was just a bad server. After enjoying our lovely meal it was worth it. I recommend this place but if you look Hispanic be ready to wait, have poor serves but have a good meal.

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and the service was TERRIBLE we had this server named Andre and was out of line the entire time. Constantly asking for us to "take care of him" for doing things we didnt ask for. The kicker part came in when it was time to pay, he caused this huge scene saying that my boyfriends card was declined even though there was money on there all because he wanted to keep the cash that we gave him as a tip instead of as the payment even though we told him several times what the money was for. I called the manager the next morning and told her the story and she took my name and number, assured me that the general manager would call me and I STILL havent heard a word. Worst. Service. EVER.

They added an automatic 15% gratuity to my check. I was by myself. I understand doing that for large groups, but come on. Thats not how tips are supposed to work. On top of that, the receipt they had me sign still had a black space for a tip AND did not indicate that they had already factored in a gratuity (I only saw that on the original receipt)! Their automatic 15% gratuity ended up being $1.27. I would have tipped $3 easily but I guess they only wanted 15%. The hash browns and pancakes are good though. I had New York Cheesecake pancakes with blueberry topping instead of strawberry. It was fantastic.

LOVED IT! 3.30.11 Arrived about 930pm shortly after Wednesday eve church service. We were seated immediately and then greeted by our server Austin (WONDERFUL) from across the room who was finishing up with another table. Austin is a professional server who made our experience GREAT! We ordered the Bacon Temptation Omelet (WOW!), hash-browns extra crispy (thanks Chef), pancakes of course and coffee (I want an IHOP coffee mug). Wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Food was good, service was attentive, HOWEVER.... around 3am, my server went to cash me out at the front register. I tipped generously, but to my dismay, because she just stuffed the wad of cash(tip and cost of meal) in her apron and walked away. IHOP, you did not get paid for my meal. Theres a bit of leakage in your circle. Oh yeah, forgot to mention the police were on location upon my arrival to remove a man who was harassing tables for some reason.

So far, interesting, the greeter was my waiter. I was close the the kitchen and a waiter and the cook was arguing about an customer order said the order sausage instead of bacon. And, tired of the cook talking rude to her. Then another waitress cane from the kitchen area rolling her eyes. My waiter dropped my plate down said here you go. Service very poor. Scared to eat the food.

My eggs, we not cooked. I ordered extra gravy and didnt receive any. It took our server 10 min after bringing the food to see if everything ok, then she ignored me about my eggs and my cold pancakes. The other customers were singing and talking inappropriately with the other servers. Ive continue ti complain, and the server just ignores me.

The staff is decent. I am not crazy about them automatically charging 15% gratuity if you come in after 9pm. For 1-the IRSsays yiu do not have tip. 2-if I have lousy service, you wont get 15%, 3- if I have great service I would normally give a bigger tip, but by them setting it at 15%, they are basically screwing them selves.

Great service! The food however fell flat. We were all (family of 4) served at the same time but majority of the food was barely warm. My side of pancakes were forgotten and once they did arrive they were tough like theyou were over cooked. Overall it was okay for the service but have definitely been to others that were great!

The experience with this place was horrible they could not get our order right also the server over charged our card and gave himself a tip and when addressing it he was rude and didnt want to fix nothing b4 leaving he rudely said wow no tip!!!

Whom ever reads this and all other reviews remember some people are not as pleasant as others that being said I have a great experience every time I come food is great and service is nice even in heavy flow situations. Two thumbs up from me!!

My waiter was not good at all he was calling me bro and he made sure he had watch me sign my card receipt and implied i should sat my 1 month son down just sign bad waiter and staff was arguing were whole resturant could here them terrible

Food was pretty decent. Our waitress was rude, short and didnt give us our coin change back when we payed our bills. I guess she felt like deciding what her tip was going to be. Either way, she shorted me and my 2 friends on our change.

I hate how they advertise the "CREATE YOUR OWN scary FACE pancake" and by no means do you create it.. They do it for you.. Kids where bummed. The only reason we came to ihop for some halloween fun.

Server offered fruit side without discussing. $0.99 upcharge. It was out of season and not good unless you count the 3 grapes. Omelet was full of processed cheese that made me sick to my stomach.
