This Taco Bell is a failure of a fast food establishment. I have attempted to eat lunch here 6 times now and every time I have been turned away. It takes 20 minutes to order your food and at least another 20 minutes to receive your food. I have waited through this mockery once only to have my food incorrect. I will never return to this Taco Bell again and I will recommend that all of my friends avoid this silly restaurant. I love Taco Bell and would like to eat there for lunch but I dont have 40 minutes to spend so that I can get food I didnt even order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Okay so this is absolutely THE worst taco bell Ive ever visited. #1 service is terrible and slow, if you dont ask for sauce you will not get any! Very rude, always screwing up my order. #2 poorly trained staff, last night I had an order that came to the total of roughly $6, I gave them a $20 bill and my change was $5. They discontinue a lot of items that most taco bells still have. For instant beefy crunch burrito. I absolutely hate this location. If you can help it go somewhere else!

Awful customer service. We asked for no sour cream on any of our food. Asked again at the window. Both times reassured there would be no sour cream. When we called the manager and explained that we were only in the area bc we were at urgent care. They told us they could do nothing for us unless we drove back there which is 20 ,minutes away. The manager was sarcastic the entire time with no apologies for messing up the order. Will no go back to this store

I have never written a review for a restaurant before, but I had to share. Ive probably only been to this Taco Bell 3 times, but every single time its taken no less than 30 minutes to go through the drive thru. This particular time after another 30 minutes, I get home with small black hairs in my Mexican pizza and a container that looks like its cover in dust... probably from sitting on the floor. I will never be going here again.

Very rude older woman. Asked if we could only get meat and cheese on our nachos and she yelled back "WELL DO YOU WANT CHIPS???" We then pulled forward and she slammed our sodas on the counter. Asked if we could get mild sauce, she completely ignored us and got mad when we asked for it again.

best taco bell around by far! for one, its open the latest! for two, my food was super quick, fresh, and everything was filled up not shorted like most taco bells around here! also the cashier was super kind! not to mention i showed up an hour before close and they still did awesome!

They must have cut back on staff. Waited in line for ten minutes and then gave up and drove away along with three other cars. Last week really wanted the bell so I waited fifteen minutes then got a quesadilla which was cold and the cheese not melted. I give up, no more bell.

Long wait, incorrect order and wrappings dirty on the outside. How is it that they dont give military discounts? One of the few places I have seen yet that doesnt. However, they were sweet and fixed the order when this was pointed out.

Been going here for years, miss the man who used to run the drive through. He had a radio voice. 90% of the time the orders are correct, food is always hot. One of the few acceptable fast food locations in town.

Some times the food and service are perfect, sometimes its so bad you want to go back and yell at some one. Its a 50/50 shot. Better off just driving the extra 3 mins to house springs.
