I took my daughter here today to get her lunch. I ordered a sandwich for myself, and told the drive thru operator I didnt want the meal. She mumbled something that I couldnt understand, so I asked her to repeat herself. So she yelled back me in a snotty tone, "Do you want 1 or 2, they are 2 for $4." I was instantly mad, what horrible customer service. To make it worse, she was condescendingly sweet after that. When she told me my total and asked me to pull up, I drove off and went to McDonalds down the road. I tried to think that maybe I was overreacting or heard her wrong, but my 6 year old asked me why the lady was being so mean. Service there has been hit or miss, but after this experience, I will never go back.

Do not go here!! Our drive through was wrong (left half the things I ordered out) so went in to exchange it. There were used/dirty napkins on the register counter, the floor is so greasy its difficult to walk on, and the staff is horridly vulgar. The cooks were using (ni#$er, fu%$k, and s#$t) swear words as they were talking to each other. This place is a disgrace to our community and should be closed.

The person in front of me in the drive thru fell asleep in the car. So went inside... wished I didnt! No one inside at the time eating or ordering food. No one at the counter, french fries everywhere on the floor. 5 workers just looking at me and talking to each other. A line cook coming from the restroom to go back behind the counter was the person who asked me if I had been helped.

Elizabeth was fast to take order, pleasant and my order was right. I ate in and she brought my food when it was finished. Chicken Club Was GOD But THE TOMATOE Was Too Light IN Color Almost green. However I enjoyed my meal. Clean dining room.

The service is HORRIBLE! The lady who was helping me and a friend kept walking away and was not interested at all. We also stood there for 5 minutes before someone helped us. The decor is blah! The food is not worth it. Horrible business.

I mean its fast food, everythings subjective. Last time I went, my food was hot and satisfying. Jack has a mixed track record, but during the day/evening service is pretty good and consistent.

Howdershell & Dunn Rd is the absolute worse one. They ALWAYS get your order wrong & they never want to answer the phone when you call about it. I refuse to ever go to another Jack In The Box.
