The staff... Wow. This lady is bad. I wanted a refill on my chocolate milk, but no! "We dont have refills on chocolate milk." Now you are thinking; how is this the staffs fault? Here we go, you have to pay for a refill, not staffs fault. Denying me the gift of not dying from thirst in the middle of a shop. If I ask for a refill, charge me for the refill then. Other than the service the food was purty good. I got the double chocolate chip hot cakes. Amazing. Except for, well you know. No drink during half of it. My whole experience was ruined. Maybe they can earn more stars. Right now, they have one.

I got the Country Fried Steak served with mashed taters gravy and one side for $7.99. My husband got the same item with an extra side if Cole slaw. They charged him for the slaw which was accurate but also charged him for the side which was supposed to come with the meal. When I tried to point this out at the register they claimed the mashed potatoes were considered the side. Though that was clearly not what the menu said NOR was it how they charged us for my item. But they couldnt do the math. Sad world. We will go back to Bob Evens but not the one in Wentzville Mo.

I love Bob Evans. Its a great place to eat and go to with your family. Spend time with the kids while enjoying the great atmosphere given by the friendly staff, surrounding customers, and tastefull food. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner..your choice, served fresh all day! The last time my husband, the kids, and I went to Bobs we had a great waiter named Sam. He was friendly, knew what he was doing, and made sure our food was cooked correctly, served on time, and that we felt more than welcome to be there.

OK is a Thursday night 8:15 pm we order 3 dinners Country Fried steak, Knife and fork turkey dinner, and crepes with sausage. At 8:34pm the food is put up in the window for the waitress. At 8:41 the waitress bringing our food, The waitress was too busy breaking down the salad bar to look behind her. The other waitress are just a young lady hanging around stood right there looking at our food and did nothing. The bad thing is my family and I love Bob Evans. We will be back but not after 8pm

service was horrible the food was mediocre at best there where 10 customers in the whole restaurant when my family of 5 got there and it took 15 minutes for them to take drink oders and then 28 minutes for cold food to come to the table during this time there where no refills on drinl offered i finally got my own will never waste another $70 here again witch is said because most bob evans i have been to jave been great

They are always so nice here and every meal weve ever had has been such big portioned, and tastes way better than I could make myself (which is saying a lot), and always very good prices. We tried so many other places in the area and theres some good ones but for a filling, home cooked like meal, you cant beat our Bob Evans.

Excellent service and food! Leah was our waitress, and she was so sweet and cheerful. She always had a bright smile on her face and really brightened up our moods. Food was absolutely amazing, the turkey was tender and juicy. Next time we come through the area we are definitely stopping in again

worst service ever. waited an hour for food & it was not even a rush hour (11am on a sat.). had to cancel our order & left. mgr had to comp the bill. will never go back again. ever.
