As a local I have eaten here 7 or 8 times in total over the last 18 months, last night being the last time. When first opened this place was competently run but the staff and service are now a joke. I ordered my usual, La Bandera, 3 ready-made items as a preselected combo. My plate was refrigerator cold when served to me...after 30 minutes. The 3 sauces on the 3 items were apparently warm at one time, but it seems they forgot to microwave the plate first. They have so much traffic, for now, that they can suck and get away with it. I will not spend another penny in this place.

Still waiting for food and drinks , come here every Friday. Good food but couldnt get drunk in here if I tried ! 2 hrs , 3 drinks. Left hanging cottonmouthed no offer of water or anything. Cant believe I keep coming back!!!! We spent a lot of my $$$$ over months the last 2 years. Always smiling and friendly, but ........... might have to find a new Friday spot

Its hard to judge a restaurant off of one visit. But my service was good in general (Ive had better though). And the dish I got was fairly standard fare. Judging from what others got, they like to make extensive use of queso blanco to give their dishes flavor.

While visiting friends in the Wentzville area we had a great dining experience at Maracas. The food was delicious, the service was great and the margaritas were fabulous! If we are in the area again we will definitely eat there agin!

We have finally found our GO TO Mexican restaurant. Their food is fantastic. The employees were friendly and attentive and FINALLY, SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO MAKE AUTHENTIC TACOS! Yum.
