Sooooo just left this location thank goodness I had my level headed husband with me otherwise the review would be different. I know Im not losing my mind when I come on here and read similar reviews. First of all the ugly girl with the nappy micro braids and black gums cut me off before I could finish my order. Then when I get to the window and ask her did she cut me off she lies and says it was her manager! Smh she better be glad all I did was call her out her name I hate when these businesses go and hire these rude ugly teens to run their front lines. I will not be back to this location ever not because the food either but because I dont want to have to make news for smacking a teen over some orange chicken not worth my time.

Just had an awful experience again. They always rush you through the drive through and are very rude. You can hardly get your order out before they cut you off. Tonight, the girl at the window was laughing it up with another co worker, threw my bag of food towards me, and when I asked for soy sauce, she threw a bunch in your hand and didnt say anything after that. Ive worked in retail for almost 10 years and if I had acted like that, I would of been fired. Never going back here until they hire some polite adults instead of immature, rude, teenagers.

I love panda. Except for what happened today... I arrived at the place in the drive thru literally 5 minutes after they were "supposed" to be open and I waited there for 5 minutes at least and the workers were still in their cars from what I saw from a distance.... Im sorry but youre supposed to open at a certain time and I drove all the way there to get something to eat for lunch before I had to go to work. They have lost my service. Super sick of that and I drove off pissed off cuz I wasted my gas...

My hubby & I really like Panda Express in the mall, so we decided to try this one out. It was not the same. :( We got our orders to go. When we got home & opened up our containers, I immediately smelled a burnt smell. It was the noodles they had been burned & we could taste it. Some of the noodles were even black. Also, my hubby only had 3 pieces of chicken in his black pepper chicken. All veggies & no chicken. It was really disappointing & we wont be back.

Ordered online last week. Food was promised 20 minutes before we got there and it still wasnt ready. Went in last night and it was 14 minutes later than promised, drove home and realized my order was not in the bag. Drove back up there and they told me the teriyaki was on the grill and it would take 8 minutes. Ended up being closer to 15 minutes. Food was good, service was beyond sad, will not be going back.

The drive-through always seems to go pretty steady if theres a line. You have to watch the times you go because the community college is right down the road so theres going to be spurts of when the classes let out the afternoon and the students going to get lunch but another that theres usually never a line and if there isnt never takes too long.

This is a very clean restaurant with very polite, friendly staff. The food is always great, and you HAVE to try the Chili Sauce. However, a tad will do you, because that stuff is HOT! Lol. They get your order out quickly, and the food is always fresh and tasty. They also offer online ordering.

Just because its lunchtime doesnt mean you should rush through cooking your food. The fried rice was crunchy and the honey walnut shrimp had a weird taste. Quality over quantity.
