Food: The food is pretty good. They are known for their wings, and rightfully so. Other apps are decent, typical bar/pub food. Prices are reasonable for the food that you get. Quality is average for the price, no big surprises. Service Our service on this visit was horrible. We had a large group but visited at 2PM on a Saturday when the place was basically empty. Our server was rarely around to order more food/beverages and seemed put off when we caught her attention to order something. Overall its middle of the road. If you can get a decent server things might be better but I give it 3/5 stars.

We head cross country and normally stop at another restaurant that is now out of business. We then decided to try this place out since it had a high rating. Never again. We had to wait 45 min for some food while our waitress kept saying they would be right out. After finally bringing our food she made an offhand comment about they were short in the back although the number of tables that came and went while we were waiting was substantial. Once the food came out we were definitely underwhelmed with the quality of the product. The only positive i have is the fries were hot and fresh.

This place should be called"Poor Service" instead of Poor Richards! The last 2 times I went the RUDE waitress forgot to bring me my salad. The place is EXTREMELY dirty as the immature staff is more focused on sitting around than serving customers. The wings are good but I would recommend getting them to go. Update! A friend talked me into going back on 10-29-15. Nothing has changed,as I could not believe that no one brought me a salad AGAIN! Slow service but it was very busy. Made a mistake by not getting the wings,and spent $45 dollars on dog food.

Found this place driving down the interstate and so glad we did. I decided to try something other than a burger this time so I ordered the boneless ribs. They were the best Ive ever eaten. Love their BBQ sauce too. They give you a large portion and it came with fries and salad plus garlic cheese bread. My friends both had burgers and loved them too! We highly recommend this place and service was good as well

I honestly dont know where the bad service is that some posters are talking about. Since moving to Eureka about two and a half years ago, PR is our favorite place to eat in town. Sometimes the service is better than others, but weve never had a bad experience there. It has a small-town bar feel, but its clean and family friendly.

Overall, love this place. Food is good and prices are totally reasonable. The reason for 4 stars is our waitress, who we have had before, is always rude. This isnt the first time. She doesnt seem to have people skills, and doesnt interact with her tables. I understand if u have had a bad day, but not everyday can be that bad?

We stopped here after being on the road for 6 hours at 10:00 at night and the food was so good. Service was friendly and personable. Atmosphere was quite but it was 10:00 at night on a Monday so it was to be expected. Definitely worth a try if youre ever in town.

Wow, I used to like coming here, but unfortunately I havent experienced service this horrible in years. ALL of our orders came out wrong, and we had to wait an hour for those wrong orders. Never came to check on us once. Pretty incredible.

Large portions, good food, nice ambiance, and quality service no matter what time you go. I really enjoy coming here. The menu could be a little more diverse, but all in all, I love this place.

Great bar food. Only ABInBev beer. Place is a dive, but clean. Simple carry-out orders are typically botched. Check your orders carefully before leaving!
