The worst service...in fact no service at all. I ordered a chicken quesadilla appetizer and Tennessee Whiskey dessert To-GO at the bar. I sat and watched several to-go bags come from the kitchen but none were mine. Almost an hour after I ordered I ask the bartender where my food was. She let me know someone went back to check. 15 mins later no food still. And she left the bar, I assume, to check herself. I waited about 5 mins more and then left. There is no way someone should come and order a whole turkey burger, after I had been waiting nearly 30 mins already, and get their order before my appetizer and dessert. I called on my way to my room and the manager said "I got you maam. Im sorry." and then hung up. Thats was it! I called back and asked for the manager and to confirm that he had just hung up on me. And he said that he thought I hung up. Really?!! I dont think so. I let him know I didnt want anything just that they know my experience.I have 3 more days in this hotel and I will not be spending a dime at this Fridays . Seems like you have to order drinks after 10p to get any service at all.

I like to think that Im a really tolerant person, but I feel like the management here is just absent. From 15ft, the place looks to be up to par, but once you step inside the reality of the lack luster service and skimming of responsibility is more than apparent. I kept trying to find positives for every negative thing I found, but the task was difficult. From broken benches in the booth, to the trash, napkins, and Togo boxes under the "clean" tables, it makes for just an unwelcome experience. Honestly if the service had been up to par, the entire experience would have been redeemed, but after half an hour of waiting for someone to try and accommodate our group with seating, we had to finally take it upon ourselves to find something to work. The server that finally tried to take care of us honestly tried, and as an employee seems to know WHAT to do, but orders were delivered to wrong customers, the drink orders seemed to be too much to bear, and was forgetful to boot. I would really like to speak to someone further about this experience if possible.

1. Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone, while standing at the hostess stand. 2. 45 minutes to 1 hour wait for a table. 3. 20+ tables were empty and available for seating. This was just looking at 2 of the 4 areas that I could see. 4. One of the two hostesses was not interested in doing her job as shown by her use of her personal cell phone at the hostess stand 5. People were seated out of order. Meaning on the list there was a 2 person party and a 3 person party. The 3 person party was on the list first, but the 2 person party was seated instead as they were friends with the hostess. The table sat 4 people. 6. A manager was asked for, but was informed that s/he wouldnt come to speak to me 7. I had to pay to park here and not be served or be able to eat. 8. After I was visibly upset, the hostess finally got someone to start clearing tables out.

service tonight was very disappointing. The waitress misunderstood my husbands order so he got the wrong thing. I asked for half rack ribs for my grandsons order and she insisted it was a half rack, but it wasnt, It was a full. She entered my grand daughter order correctly ,but the kitchen gave her fries instead of salad... Of the 4 dinners ordered only one was delivered correct. But i did have to ask for salad dressing. The salad came with out any... Dessert took forever to get after ordering and we had to ask for dessert silver ware to eat it with.. ? If you have cleared the dinner plates and silverware after dinner doesnt it make sense you would need to deliver more with dessert? The food was as good as it as been in the past. I just came from there and it was something else. The waitress that I had was overwhelmed in the bar area. So I decided to order a drink from the bartender. To just be kind and pass the time until she can get to me. I asked the bartender of she could make me a particular drink and she acted like she was going to make, but never gave it to me. About 20 or 30 minutes later when my waitress came I order the same drink again. I still didnt get it for another 20 minutes I think thats ridiculous, this place could do so much better with their service practices. But, on the other hand I noticed a different waitress doing a awesome job helping another table. I guess if I ever go back, Ill see which tables shes assigned and request to sit at one of them.

Despite the conveniences of the location, the service and food handling is not agreeable to my satisfaction. Theres a waiter there with an speech impairment and when he speaks, saliva spits every where including on your meal. I dont understand why would this person be selected for an waiter position and handle other peoples food with an uncontrollable speaking lisp. I spoke with management and made them aware of my concerns and also return two of the 4 entrée that was handle by this waiter. I really enjoyed Fridays meal and rewards they offered but the lack sanitation with the waiters are unacceptable. I will never return to this location my family and I were so gross out and once again had endure another horrible experience.

Rude staff. Waitess was okay never smiled. Hostesses were rude, and never smiled. I didnt get a welcome feeling at all. A waitess was walking past and bumped into me while i was standing up trying to get my niece out of the booter seat and never said im sorry or excuse me, and trust me it was plenty enough room for her to move. Food was okay. I got a sizzling plate but it wasnt hot. My niece enjoyed her food and drink. I went because i had a coupon i wouldnt desire to go back. I tip waiters very generously if the earn it, but this one didnt earn it. I probably shouldnt have tipped at all because i felt rushed and unappreciated as a customer.

It took 1 hr for my single order of food to come. It was cold. It then took almost an hr for them to cash me out. The server never checked in with me (i am at the bar mind you, so she didnt even have to walk anywhere) and it took me asking three different people to finally be able to cash out. Then when they go to do that they tried charging me for the orders of the gentleman next to me and tried to argue that I had purchased those items. Very terrible experience and I will not recommend anyone go there in the future. I am a server and would not dream of treating a customer they way I was treated this evening.

Me, my husband, children & grandchildren went there sat evening around 5pm after making a reservation two days prior. The tables were not ready when we arrived and sat on the outer part of the restaurant next to the hotel. Had to flag the waitress down for drinks, clean up our empty glasses & after waiting 2 hours for our food, we were told she forgot to put our order in. We told management we were going somewhere else. Guess who took care of the bill for the drinks, not us. Have a giftcard which ill give to someone. Wont go back! Should have paid attention to the reviews & 3 star rating! They suck!!!!!
