Been to this place over 20 times spent plenty of money there and have never complained until now. We ordered our fries "crispy" but the rude, unprofessional and unpleasant woman behind the counter said "we cannot do that". No explanation no nothing. Kinda funny that we have made this request everytime before and always received great food with crispy fries and a smile from everyone. Not tonight though it was lousy I used to recommend this store to everyone but I will discourage anyone I know to step foot in this store. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? We will never eat at this 5 Guys ever again and spend our money elsewhere!

I am a fan of the simplicity this chain provides. I have visited 10+ locations in 5 states. This location has provided me with the single greatest french fry experience of my life! Friendly staff, consistent production speed, always attentive with allergen concerns and they never skimp on the fry portions (usually ok to order down a size compared to most locations). No shakes at this location, but its not needed when they knock everything else out of the park!

Today was my first time back to Five Guys Burgers and Fries and a couple of years Ill have to say its awesome the burger was just like I like a burger and of course the fries I got enough fries for four or five people they were delicious but I have one problem the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars whats because for a burger fries and a drink it was $15. That just seems like a ton of money for a burger and fries.

I visit here often as I am a student at the school upstairs. When I need something juicy thatll help me get through a long day of class? Five Guys is it! The staff is always friendly and courteous and even though the food is made to order, it never takes too long to get my order and I love that they throw the extra fries in the bag. It definitely makes the money spent well worth it.

It took a long time to get 2 burgers and a single order of fries, even though there were only half a dozen people in the restaurant. The food was fantastic, but the service was not great. I recommend getting a single order of fries for 2 people as they literally fill up the bag with them. Theres no way you can finish off one by yourself.

The service was fast and friendly. We ordered 3 Little Cheeseburgers, 1large fry (which was more than all three of us could eat), and 2 regular drinks. My total came to $30.25. The burger was good but the fries were a bit soggy for my taste. Overall I feel theyre overpriced for a burger joint but not a bad experience.

Our online order got deleted and then we spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to redo it. Got to the location and the entire order was messed up but we didnt have time to fix it. Also got charged for the online order, after they said it went missing and after we were told they wouldnt charge us.

The burger was delicious, but the fries were raw inside and soggy and gross. I prefer my fries to be firm if not crispy. I will try them again sometime, it could have just been that one gross fry day. The staff were pleasant and helpful when I mentioned it was my diet time.
