This is, by far, the best Firehouse subs location. Firehouse is always delicious but the staff at this location, especially the manager, Jason, goes above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. Now they also have a Firehouse food truck which is so fun! They came out to my daughters fundraiser event and it was a huge hit. Once again, delicious food and exceptional service. I have used them for so many catering events I cant even count and even if its last minute, Jason makes it happen and has a great attitude about it. Ive had many other catering places be rude and just seem like they dont care about my business. Firehouse is a refreshing experience to say the least. So, from dining in to catering, these folks have you covered! I highly recommend!

The manager Larry is most definitely the most amazing person Ive ever met. I accidentally got a medium sub. While he was around checking if the food was good I asked if their portions got smaller and he told me I ordered a medium. Before I could say anything else he walked over. Asked the sandwich makers to make me another but large for free. Definitely would recommend this place highly. Also the foods amazing.

Sandwiches were made wrong was told on phone I would receive a refund and new food. We go to store to be informed by the manager there would be no refund or no new sandwiches. Will never come back to a store that can not honor what they tell customers. If on the phone I had been told this my review would be 3stars.

We went back because the food was good. This time, however, they were out of everything. No black olives, no medium cups, no tea. The employees were slow and there were 2 paying customers with 4 employees. The phone was ringing and a fly landed on my arm. Just wasnt the experience we were looking forward to.

Firehouse is pretty the top of the sub sandwich category for me. Their brisket sub is great. Love their large selection of hot sauces to give some serious kick when Im in the mood. The give back to firefighters too which is a great cause IMO.

Went over lunch hour on a weekday. (Probably 12:30 or so) Food took a long time but was well worth the wait. Very tasty and huge portions.
