This place sells the largest amount of food for the price. But yesterday I got the Chicken Lo Mein combo plate and it comes with pork fried rice and 2 crab rangoon. The Lo Mein is absolutely to DIE FOR! but the rice was so dry I couldnt eat it. and about 3/4 of the plate was this rice and it went to waste. Ill go back because the Lo Mein is so good but Ill never get rice from there ever again. One thing I hate most in life is wasting food. and I threw away over a lb of rice. could have been 2 lbs. And dont expect any "thank you"s or "have a nice day"s from these guys. especially the lady who answers the phone; she is not nice at all. If you have ever seen Seinfeld.. consider this lady the Soup Nazi. Ill put up with her attitude for that Lo Mein any day! But never the rice. and if I ever have to throw away food from there that is dry again, im taking it back and dropping it on their floor.

So not understanding the hype about this restaurant. Im in town visiting from Chicago and had a taste for some Chinese food. This place had great reviews close to my hotel, so I called to place an order. I was aware of the "rudeness" by the staff, so I shrugged it off while speaking to the young man on the phone. They no longer had any BBQ Ribs (even though theyre still on the menu), so I ordered Beef Teriyaki w/a Chicken Fried Rice. I literally had 8 pieces of chicken in the entire box! They were all at the top, so as you get to the bottom theres nothing but rice. The rice also had a very burnt taste to it. The Beef Teriyaki was dry and chewy... honestly, I wish this couldve been a better experience, but just had to tell the truth!

Used to LOVE this place. I am on limited income so save to go once a month. My favorite is honey chicken meal. Price has gone up twice now in past months but its ok I LOVE IT and it is enough for 2 meals. BUT....this last time I got a lunch "tray" loaded with Vegetable lo mien (my requested "side" and a it COVERED the tray - heaping - and in the corner a small scoop of the honey chicken. I didnt notice till I ate a bit and then saw it sat on a bed of lo mien. I was soooo disappointed. So much lo mien left and no chicken. Higher price and less chicken....sheeeee noodles dont cost 7 dollars. They lost a customer as I can not save to try that again next month - to get a tiny scoop of my favorite as if it were the side.

Normally dont have an issue with this place. It actually used to be my favorite. However this time is another story. I had ordered the same thing I usually do, boneless hot braised chicken combination platter. As I was eating it I found a strip of metal mixed in with the food, its about the length of a razor blade but thinner and more flimsy. Needless to say I was finished after finding that, not even a quarter of my food eaten. Will not be going back. Such a shame too.

I love this place. You get sooooo much food when you order a combo plate that you have to share with at least one other person. I have never had to wait. Call ahead and pick it up. The prices are comparable to other places, but at the other places you get so much less food. Not to mention the food tastes great, i could go out on a limb and say this is the best chinese in STL.

The wait may be a bit longer than other Chinese Food places nearby, but the taste is fantastic! The Szechuan Beef, Honey Chicken, and Fours Seasons are all quite amazing as are many other menu items. The crab rangoon is great, and you can not only see but taste the crab in them. I will be going back to this place over and over again!

Checked them out on the Web, they advertise several different mei-fun dishes. After driving there and waiting to order. All they had to say was, "no mei-fun" but it is here on your menu and on your online menu, again, "no mei-fun" what a waste of my time!!!

When you get the combination meals, you always get a lot of food. Typically, Im able to stretch the one order for two meals. The combinations come with pork fried rice which is some of the best fried rice Ive had anywhere in Saint Louis.

AMAZING FOOD!!! AMAZING PRICES!! Highly recommend the plates. Me and 2 friends can eat off one plate and still have left overs for $5. Honey Chicken is HIGHLY recommended. One of the only places I can still find it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called 3 times, and they hung up on me each time before the order was placed. Person was very rude on top of that. Will advise all my friends and family to never eat there.

Cheap and fast. Comes with so much food, usually can eat one combo and be good from lunch till bed time. You get what you pay for so dont expect authentic but rather enjoy generous portions

I thought this place was just terrible. Good amount of food for the money, but then again it wasnt very good. Also, they put white sauce on their Chicken w/ Broccoli. Who does that?!?!

Best Chinese restaurant in the St Louis region. I will literally drive 20 minutes (past dozens of other Chinese places) to go to this one. Its cheap but insanely good carryout Chinese!

Excellent! Family run joint, large selection of food, relatively cheap for massive portions, free crab rangoons with a combo meal - and the food... That orange chicken is phenomenal!

This place has the best chinese food on the rock road that I know of, but the service was terrible. I think that the great food makes up for that though and I always order here.

Yes, older asians tend to be crude. But I like the food. Ordered the beef lo mein and soo much meat. yummy, I think its the best lo mein i ever ate from a take out place.

Great food. Sometimes too much food. The lady up front is VERY rude but I think its more cultural than anything. Other than the service the food is very good

The best Chinese takeout place hands down. Portion sizes are perfect with reasonable prices. Calling in for the order is a better idea to skip the line

Visiting the area and came across this place. Food was excellent. Good value. Got the feeling this was a family run business and they were very friendly.

This place rocks! You get a LOT of food for $5 and it tastes good! I recommend calling ahead first or you might wait 20 minutes to get your food.
