Employee flossing teeth at the food packaging area: I used to love the taste and low price of the food at this Wok Express. For this reason, I used to eat lunch there almost everyday, for the last two months. However, I had the following bitter experience last night (01-25-2011 at about 8:30 P.M): I ordered my favorite item Kung Pao Chicken Combo for carry out and made the payment. Not many customers were there at that time. While waiting for my order to be ready, I saw a lady employee floss her teeth standing at the food packaging area next to the cash register at front. She was standing next to the food trays in which items like fried rice are kept. The packaging materials and disposable plates are also kept around her. Without realizing that I was watching, she happily flossed her teeth for about a minute. When she saw me watch, she threw the used floss into the trash bin right there and walked into the kitchen. From where I stood, I could see where she went. She went to the dish washing sink at the far end of the kitchen, spat into it, and washed hands (in two seconds, without using soap). Then she returned to the food packaging area at the front and started packaging the carryout food orders. she handed over my package. Since I didnt want to make a scene in front of other customers, I took the package, came out and threw it in the trash can. Summary: I paid $5 and purchased a nausea package that is guaranteed to make me sick for the rest of my life.

Great food and good prices. I order delivery a few times a month. There is no minimum delivery charge which is a huge plus if you dont have others to go in on an order with you. The delivery is usually very very fast and the workers are friendly enough. They will make almost anything to your specifications. I usually get the lo mien with out any vegetables. They also have a combination special for a little under $5. I would defiantly recommend this place. You can order online and its really easy if you are paying with cash. If you are paying with a card they will have to call you to get your number and other info but I have never had any troubles with that but it is easier just to call in the order.

The fried rice was rather bland and funny tasting, one of those tastes where it shouldnt be in the fried rice. Hot braised pork was marginal at best, some doughy and floury inside, some overcooked and overcrisp. And usally I can deal with a little bit of cartilage but there was a bit too much to dodge for my tastes. Portions were enough to fill you up. Hot and sour soup was okay but certainly nothing to write home about. At least the place was relatively clean, but I cant imagine much of the rest of their menu being any better.

Used to be good, but my last few experiences have been bad. The egg drop soup is great. The crab rangoon do not come with much filling and when they do, it is mostly cream cheese. They either forget part of your food or it is cold. Tonight I placed an order online for delivery. After waiting a half hour, I called the restaurant only to be told their online system isnt working. Why keep an online ordering system if it isnt going to work? It realy ticked me off after the previous bad experiences and I wont be going again.

I dont want to bash this place because the service is always good; they deliver to my house quickly, which is always a plus, and the workers are very kind, BUT the food is horrible; I have tried this place multiple times thinking ok...maybe that was a bad batch but every time I open the chinese food up it tastes like it is days old. Maybe it is what I ordered..but all I ordered was fried rice? Isnt that a specialty? I recommend not spending your money here.

We drove here for a quick work lunch last week and the place was packed! The people behind the counter had a great system down where they moved people quickly through the ordering process and we got our food very quickly. The food was very good and the egg roll was fresh and tasted hand made (not frozen like you get at some places) the crab rangoon was also one of the best I have had in a while.

If you care about your health please dont go to this restaurant. The worst place I have ever been. Firstly, the restaurant is not clean, flying insects all over the place and it is not a good place to sit and eat. If they consider this restaurant as a dine-in restaurant then they should put plates and water cups outside. Food is not good...complete oil food. Please take care of your health.

My colleague and I just ordered for delivery, 2 whole orders of Chicken Egg Foo Yung. Each order has 2 patties. I had two patties with shrimp and one patty of chicken. By the way, I dont eat shellfish!!! Its a good thing Im not allergic. My colleagues order literally had only two small chunks of chicken in one patty and no meat in the other two patties. How could they get this order wrong?

this place is always great. very good quality food, very cheap prices, and fast service usually, even during lunch & dinner rushes. ive had many dishes there, and all are very tasty. the only negative for me is that they put peas & carrot in the fried rice, but if you ask them, they will leave that out for you. and they are open on Sundays, most Chinese places arent.

My group of fourteen just got done eating. The food is amazing! Nice seating (we pretty much took it all). I had the Hunan Vegetarian, one of the best things I have ever had at chinese. Im pretty judgemental of my Chinese food, or any food, but this place ranks with the best with me! Plus they are super fast. Fast plus amazing food is a win. Highly recommend!

I love this place. Their food has always been great and the delivery is fast. I read some of these other reviews and would have to disagree. Once they delivered the wrong order to us and within minutes drove back with the correct order without us even having to call. They mixed ours up with another on the street. Highly Recommend!

The food was great! Very nicely portioned and colorful! I got an order of STEAMED pot stickers, sweet / sour chicken with chicken fried rice and if I had to complain about anything (im american, we complain about everything...) it would be the fact that I got 2 forks and no spoon and the crab rangoon were too small...

Please do not go to this place. This place sucks. We ordered chicken and they gave us beef. Service is poor. Staff is very arrogant. The kitchen is very dirty. Food is cheap. and you get the cheap quality and cheap service. I will rate 0.

This place always satisfies my Chinese food cravings. My only complaint is poor communication skills when on the phone with them. Id suggest doing the online ordering, but you still have to talk to them if you are using a credit card.
