I would have enjoyed a bowl of dog food more than the insulting crap I was served today. Stingy entree portions. Im pretty sure they just leave old food out all day to avoid cooking more. My brown rice was still hard and crunchy. Vegetables were also undercooked. Only finished the firecracker chicken which they only gave me two decent bites of. The service is HORRIBLE and several employees have rude nasty attitudes. Always a long line to stand in! Their online ordering service is a total joke. Doesnt matter if youre on time or just a few minutes late. Your food will not be ready until you get there or; you will get there only to find they gave it to someone else then have the nerve to get an attitude with you for confronting them about it. I even was standing behind a guy who had the same exact thing happen to him! Get it together! New staff and management ASAP please! Dont see this place lasting too much longer at this rate!

My daughter frequently ask to eat dinner here....No more ....Angelica...needs a attitude adjustment ...I had a issue exactly 10 days before today and they told me I could receive a free bowl because they gave me someone else food. So as I ordered my family dinner I was told to tell the cashier. ...I even kept my receipt. ..basically because it had been over a week I could only get a 10% discount. .I was like keep your food and Ill be calling corporate. ..this young lady tossed my food in the bag and stated well handle this now and not later....I promise if this is how you allow your management to treat people....you have no understanding what customer service is about! I wouldnt let you treat my customers like that!

I went to this place for the first time last week while working in the area and staying in a hotel. My room mate said that it was a good place and he loved it. Chinese food is my favorite so I agreed to go there for supper one night. I found it to be horrible. I never seen a chinese place that couldnt cook fried rice, it tasted burnt and dry with no real flavor. The 2 shrimp entrees were nasty and the terriaki chicken was ok. They did have good Dr. Pepper though. Never again at any location. I have tasted better chinese food at every other place I have ever been. 1 star only because I cant review without 1.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service! The people are DRY and messy! No one wears gloves and the guys in the back "cooking" are not aware that the customers can view them handling the food. DO NOT order online because they will put an additional hold of $90 for "authorization" on your card not to be returned for 5-7 business days. If you ever have to call their corporate office for a complaint or refund be sure to get the persons name who takes your call and be sure they note your account. So you wont end up spending $100 or better for one plate of lukewarm food and poor customer service. PISSED

The line is frequently back to the door but it moves quickly so dont be discouraged. I typically order a bowl with white rice and the sweet fire chicken which is a little spicy but not too bad. My other go to choice is often the orange chicken. The Kung pao is also good but definitely the spiciest of the 3 I order. The egg rolls are just so-so and I typically stick with the crab rangoon if I want something crunchy.

The food is good and the so is the service usually. But there is ALWAYS a lune of people wrapped around the inside of the building for dinner. It is nothing to wait 15 mins or more while the staff hustles to move people through. If you are going for dinner it wont be a quick in and out. But in my opinion usually worth the wait for that orange chicken.

This panda doesnt give good food. The fried rice is a joke, but the chow mein is ok. All the entrees taste sweet and have no type of variety. I used to love orange chicken but now its not as good. The portions are also skimpy and their employees service is low. My 8 year old brother thought the crab Rangoon were jokes as well!

I been working there for two weeks now and I love it ! The food is not bad but I do love their Beijing Beef and Teriyaki Chicken. I eat it every time Im on my break so I definitely recommend people to try it. Also, everyone is pretty nice there and well, in my opinion I feel like we have great customer service. :)

One of the best places to go for great food and excellent customer service! The lines are always line when I go so I dont go as much and they are kind of expensive but they are worth it. I always spend $18 or more on 2 people because I like the honey walnut shrimp which is an extra charge all the time.

Needs a new manager. Food stays out too long. Food is usually dry and crunchy. Drone like employees. You have to watch employees when they put food on your plate or they will screw you with portions. Needs a new manager!!

Visited twice and the food is just gross and dry. I thought the first visit was just a bad day but I was wrong. The customer service is bad too. Ill stay away. Way too much money to spend on bad food and service.
