Warning check your statements for over charging. Besides the horrid wait time this place overcharged my credit card twice. Had I not checked my account and looked at the tickets I would have never noticed. $7.69 order paid but my online account says $9.23 the other order was $6.31 and my account says $7.57. I did use an Amex card but they should let customers know there is an extra charge to use Amex. I was here a few times before but never checked my account until now. Never again. Also they dont ever answer the phone when trying to ask them about the charges.

Shame that the A&W here isnt very good since typically they have very good food! Waited in drive thru for 15 min before being able to put in my order (there was no line, just me) where it took another 10 min to get my food. Upon taking it home, it was quite cold. Dont know what when on during that time span. Hesitant to try again to see for improvements of staff.

Very very poor service. I work in a business where customer service is everything but this was above and beyond horrible. The staff was extremely rude and would walk away from us refusing to take our order and we spent 10 minutes in the drive thru before finally coming inside due to zero staff. Will never stop again. At least not until there is decent employees.

The service was horrible. Walked in and had to wait 10 min before anyone waited on us, then it took 35 min to get our food and the food was wrong twice. While I was waiting for our food I watched 4 cars in the drive thru that had been waiting longer then I waited and watched about another 7 cars back out and leave along with 3 couples that walked out.

I am absolutely disgusted with how long it took to get our food. They did not even tell us it was going to be a wait and the woman who came to the window was unapologetic and rather rude. To clarify I am changing this from a 1 to a 3 The food was still good and we received compensation for the wait

Terrible. Building was dirty, food was cold, bun was rock hard and the fountain drinks tasted like chemicals. Service was not good either, so we didnt even bother to comment to anyone. Weve eaten here quite often but will definitely not be back. Sad to see a business go to crap.

Was through the drive through the other day and an old gal named Annie was super rude to me and my friends. She SCREAMEDDDD!!! at my friend when didnt grab his drink right away. Not impressed with the customer service at all. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

Nice people. Food is pretty good. Had the mini corn dogs- the meat was not great. If they would use a higher quality hot dog, with that coating it would be awesome. Burgers are still as good as ever. The A&W Root Beer speaks for itself. Its the best!

The restaurant was clean and presentable. It took a little while for the employee at the counter to take our order, but she did great considering it was her first day on the job. The food was prepared as expected and tasted as it should.

Pretty good Cheese Curds and tasty Rootbeer. The burger was great and I felt like I just jumped into the 60s. The service was a slight wait, but that didnt bother me. I worked fast food so I understand.
