Wow, this is the culinary prestige this pizza hut has to offer? I cannot imagine this is what Mr Hutt had in mind. I called at 9:45 and asked if it was okay to take an order, I was told it was no problem. However, things took a turn for the worse... the man on the other end became restless and almost belligerent! If 9:45 is too late, go ahead and say so; dont play with my emotions like that. After becoming upset with me, the man on the other end abruptly hung up the phone leaving me dazed and confused. All I wanted was a pizza hutt pizza but alas, that was too much to ask for... the Wendys down the street was excellent though.

Terrible. Boyfriend placed an order for us. Used his card because we didnt have cash. The card apparently declined and they didnt even bother to call us. They came to deliver the food but since we didnt have cash they couldnt give us what we ordered. In two previous orders we made to them they also forgot to bring the drink we paid for and took more than an hour and us calling them back to actually bring the drink. Dont waste your time or money on them

Im not sure how their overall rating is so low. Maybe there is new management or new owners but this is the second time Ive had carry out and Im so surprised about how friendly and nice they are on the phone and then at the window and to be a "chain" its surprising but this is the best pizza in town hands down. Thanks for being so friendly guys and making my nights easier

I went there and waited to be served. I waited for 25 minutes while the server walked around helping other customers and walked by us. This is the worse customer service I have ever encountered. Do not go to this location. And also there was a little girl walking around dipping food in the dressing. Just terrible. Were from Jackson and we will never come back here.

My order is never right and its always a problem that comes from the same manager. I spent hundreds of dollars in this store this new. Before I spend more money there Ill travel that 20 mins to buy pizza and etc. From the other pizza hut

Came in at 9:45, was told they close at 10 when they actually close at 11. So they seated me, and i continued to get the worse service i have had at any restaruant. Very dissappointed in the service. Food was okay.

The food came out fast and was great but i had to clean my seat myself, the restaurant itself doesnt look like gets cleaning. I picked up black pepper and it sticky argh....
