The food at Firehouse Subs is of very great quality! The restaurant is very clean. Customer Service, was not so great. A cashier by the name of Kaeley (shown on receipt) took our order and was very rude. I asked many questions about the sandwiches because this was my first time eating at this establishment and she was very annoyed with me every time I asked a question. I would eat at Firehouse for the taste and quality of the food, but would not visit this location again because of the terrible customer service from this cashier.

Asked before ordering if the mushrooms are fresh. I was told by the cashier that they are, only to get home and find nasty, slimy (seemingly canned) mushrooms ruining my sandwich. If the food isnt fresh, why not just be honest about it Firehouse?

It is not easy to choose the toppings you want on the sub and it is not listed anywhere. I chose the build your own sub and they automatically dressed how they want with little to no input from me

Went when first opened, it was fantastic stuffed with fresh ingredients very good. Second time a few months the sandwich was half size same price. Quality yes portions half the original size.
