Went in to order for take out and asked what specials they had. Lady described two options that were not that great. I ordered two medium pizzas, order of wings, and order of bread sticks. Bill came to 30$. Wife calls and says they have a 5$ menu. Every item I ordered was on there. So I asked the lady why I paid the prices I did. She said I offered you what we are told to offer. I told her I could have just saved 10$. She went to the manager and they claim that is only on internet orders and they just changed it that day. No where does it state that. As an owner of a business myself I find the service to have been very poor and the service of the manager to be even worse. The manager never came out from the back and just told the girl what to say. Very poor customer service and I will never go back to wentzville pizza hut. There are too many other pizza places to chose from.

Im not one to be picky, but I paid $25 on a $20 order trying to be generous as I know how it is to live on tips. I would expect theyd get a simple order correct. I ordered a medium pepperoni with extra sauce and buffalo wings. Well the wings were poorly dressed, but delicious so not much wrong there. But then I go for the pizza and theres hardly any cheese, pepperoni, or sauce on it........ I wish I could post th s pic of it. Ill be picking another pizza place next time. Dominos sounds good.

i ordered 2 pizzas and only one was delivered in which wasnt even the proper order i called in was put on hold for 10 min and was told i would have my pizzas 20 min later i called back in for them to tell me they had it on pick up instead of delivery once again i called and they told me it was out on order and 30 min later we call and i was told its still on pickup and for them to send out niw would be a 2 hour wait im still waiting i ordered my pizzas 2 and a half hours ago

I placed my order at 7:20pm, I get a notification saying it will be at my home at 8:11pm apx 50mins. I already think that 50 minutes is excessive, but when I call about where my food is at (8:17) they say give us 15more minutes... So youre telling me it takes over an hour to make pizza? Ridiculous. Unhappy. I figured id try pizza hut for once instead of Papa Johns. Probably not ordering from this location again

Informed on their specials and helpful staff. Never any real issues with the food that theyve not made right! Also, the drive through is supposed to be for pick up only. I shouldnt have to wait behind someone for 10 min when my pizza was ready. I go to the drive through for the convenience, aggravating to have to pull out of line to go in. Make customers move, enforce your own rules on the window.

Pizza delivered ten minutes late and it was cold. This is the second time in a row. I wont be ordering from Pizza Hut in Wentzville again. Zero seasoning on the crust and I ordered the Hut favorite crust. Breadsticks were absolutely terrible.

When in to eat. Only 2 other families in there. Took 30 min for someone to take order. Then 15 min later after taking order was told be over an hour before they would start our pizza. All that time we sat there no one could have told us?

I order from this pizza hurt on Sunday January 8th it take near 2 and half hours the get pizza the 6 mins away it was cold and they did not care at all when i called to found out where my food was

Good pizza. Live the lunch buffet only drawback is they dont have a salad bar but they do offer a side salad
