I have been all over the world to almost every state there is. My job requires that I travel and so I also order pizza quite often. With that being said, this specific pizza hut in Denham Springs, Louisiana is literally THE WORST place I have ever encountered. The food isnt bad but the customer service is unimaginable. Wait times are 2+ hours EVERY time. Want to call the place and check the status of your pizza? Forget about it. You cannot call them directly. Your "important" call gets forwarded to the hotline. And if you ask them to transfer you to the pizza hut because your order was supposed to have arrived hours ago, forget about that too. They will tell you to hold while they get you transfered but they just transfer you to another hotline representative. Its unbelievable. It took me 45 mins just to order my pizza. Then because the wait time was so long I had to go get it. And on top of ALL of those inconveniences when I get there I am greeted with the rudest employee and a missing 2 liter. When I told her I payed with card already via phone and I was missing my drink she snarled "thats not my problem". I felt I should have been accommodated with a 2$ drink on the house but absolutely not. In fact, I had to either re-pay for it (twice) or walk out with no drink. No drink it was because the lady behind the counter started yelling at me and acting extremely ratchet. I cant believe this place is still running. Its literally run by pigs. I cant imagine what its like behind the scenes while they are making your food. For the love of god, pleeease someone do something about this place. P.s. If there was a no stars option, I would have picked it.

I ordered delivery online. 2 med pizza, 8 wings w/3 sauce. Gave estimated time at 30 mins. Driver showed up an hour after I placed my order, no apology. Only have 1 sauce instead of 3 (wouldnt be a big deal if they didnt charge $1 for each sauce). Again, no apology. I asked the driver if they were going to credit my card back, he said yes. Once I opened the box, they didnt have my pizza order right. When I called, they wanted to send me another pizza but it wouldnt get to me for another hour. I declined and asked to have my card credited the 1 pizza they messed up and the 2 sauces. Manager wanted me to go to the store in order to be reimbursed. Clearly not, why do you think I ordered delivery?!!! They can take your card online and over the phone but need the actual card to credit it back?! Save you money and go to Papa Johns or Dominos. I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again!!!

I ordered online. I got half chesse and half pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms and black olives. I paid extra for extra toppings and hardly any toppings came on it... the stuffed crust also had hardly any cheese in it. It said I would get my order at 7:15 but the driver didnt arrive until 7:35 with my cold pizza with hardly any toppings on it. I will not order from there again. It was disgusting.

Have been horrible over the last 6 months or so. Online usually says delivery not available today. They are generally closed on random days when they are listed as open. If you do catch a day when they deliver it usually takes over an hour to get your food and is never correct. Finally just gave up on this place today after they are closed once again. .

3 times now I have tried to order online. The website lets me sign in and choose delivery. I go through the whole process of choosing crust, toppings, etc only to be told that this location isnt doing delivery today and asks if Id like to schedule delivery for tomorrow. There are too many pizza places in the area to deal with a website that wastes my time.

We use to not issues but lately they cannot make our pizza right. There is no extra toppings when asked & no sauce. Even when we ask for extra. Dont try calling them because they never answer. Order from Pizza Place.

Im not sure why the pepperoni pizza was cooked correctly and the other one I ordered wasnt done the pizza dough was raw and not worth serving to my dog much less my wife I expect my next order to be completely free

Not only did they get my order wrong but have been waiting for 2 and a 1/2 hours now for dipping sauce for cinnamon sticks. I will never order from Pizza Hut in Watson again

The food is good, do not get the wings. Unless you have a good dentist, they are always beyond crunchy for the boneless, you can literally not stick a fork in them.
