I am a local at this location and every time I go here there is a problem. It does not matter if it is evening, morning, or afternoon. The service is ridiculously slow. As someone else stated there is usually one person working drive-thru and one person at the counter. For that reason, the counter person never takes more than one order at a time. Then they wait for that persons order to be made, they bag it, give it to them and then they take the next order. One day right after they started the hot dogs, I waited inside for over 15 minutes. And when my order came up, I had to be the one to tell the counter person that it was ready. The staff is not attentive to guest needs and staff never appears to be in a good mood. No one seems to be working together or communicating. There is obviously strife between management and staff. Issues also persist whether I am at the drive-thru or the dining room. The only reason I continue to use this location is because I love the food (when its done correctly) but this is the only location in Vicksburg. So many of us dont have a choice. They should really do something about the staff and management at this store. It is getting worse and it is ridiculous. And they only care about their time looking good, I guess for the corporate office. Because they love to take your money and then ask you to back up behind the window so their time will start over. I absolutely HATE this location. But what can you do when there is not another Burger King for 30 miles?

Stopping through for quick service as we are traveling home to Florida,and didnt get very accurate service. Ordered a kids nugget meal asked for 6,was told it came 4 10 or 20. I indicated again a kids meal. Then was asked if he wanted applesauce or a cookie neither in which they had so why offer it. Asked for ranch which we did not get. Also asked for a spicy chicken jr sandwich add cheese and was asked if I wanted it grilled or fried. It only comes one way. Soda machine ONLY had Coca Cola.no other options. Everything was Grayed out. Order number was called. How do we know the order number if it wasnt given to us. Oh thats right look at your reciept its up to you to figure it out. Was missing the Spicy chicken sandwich add cheese. Chicken sandwich came on the wrong bun and no cheese. Chalk that .25 up for an upcharge. Hash browns were on the floor under the table smashed in from breakfast Im not one to complain,but I have worked fast food before and have dealt with rush hour.and busy hours in which if I didnt know how to do my job I was sent home. I did not bring the small issues up because there was no point,To be ridiculed? No just asking for what I paid for. this place needs a more professional team.Ones that possibly know what they are doing with a smile and a thank you have a nice day.

If your goal is to eat poor quality food while receiving the worst service ever, then this is the place for you! Just when you think they couldnt do a worse job, they manage to surprise you and lower the level of service. And if you are concerned that the management/owners might change this, dont be. Despite numerous complaints they remain committed to keeping this Americas worst BK. (although there is certainly enough competition from other BKs nationwide) I am trying to give this 0 out of 5 stars but Google doesnt allow that so I am forced to choose at least 1 star Rest assured, lovers of crappy food and service, that this star is completely undeserved! Also, this is not located on Clay St. It is located on Halls Ferry Rd at exit 2. As the Google street level view shows, there is no BK on Clay St. AFAIK, the one on Halls Ferry is the only BK in town.

This Burger King is consistently understaffed. As a local I always go back and try to give them another chance, but they always let me down. Today I went in at 11:45 AM and there was one person cooking and one cashier who was also fulfilling orders so she was not able to take orders but every 2 to 3 minutes. The food is generally OK, but today everything was cold. If I had not asked for my order that had been sitting in the window they wouldve never brought it to me. Total chaos. This photo had seven or eight people in line and they were literally taking in water every 2 to 3 minutes so the person at the end of this line wait at least 15 minutes to order

By far the worst Burger King Ive ever been to. The service is terrible and slow, the inside isnt any better, if their drink machine is having issues in drive thru they dont tell you until after you pay...This place needs to be completely remade from the ground up with entirely new staff. Even the phone doesnt work. The numbers disconnected probably due to the large number of complaints they get they disconnected the line.

Everytime you come to this location you have to pull down or back up at the drive thru. I waited aleast 20 mins on June 28 at the first window told not to pull down to the 2nd window. They didnt give me all of my order so I drove back around and I was asked to pull down again to wait. They are only worried about the timer not the customer. The owner better get in there or send someone they are fading fast!!!!

This restaurant seriously needs new owner or managers or something...laat couple times we went in there the service sucked not to mention they were out of everything and the ac waa broke....tonight half our food was cold and they aaked us to lock the doors because they didnt want to come from behind the counter....service is slow and they all act like they dont want to be there...

Me an my wife was having breakfast in the dinning area where the soda machine apparently had a water leak because water was every where, a worker was mopping up the water, the kicker the guy was blowing his nose and gagging in the dinning room where people were eating an grabbing napkins from the dispenser customers use.....how gross, we left without finishing our meal

This is one of the worst fast food restaurants in Vicksburg, MS!! They are either out of everything it seems or some electronic device is broken! Went there tonight after work and an employee comes on the intercom saying the computers were down and I could wait in a parking spot but she wasnt sure how long it would take!" Just shut down already!!

Place desperately needs upgrading. Cashier had to manually type in my credit card number, the restaurant was messy, the shift drink dispenser wasnt making ice and it was out of Coke. Had to wait forever for my to-go order. It had been a long time since I had tried this place and it will be a lot longer before I go again...

The problem with this specific restaurant is the MANAGEMENT. The staff has NO customer service skills and on the unfortunate 2 times we went through the drive-through, messed the food up both times AND were out of chicken. Random? I think not. Clearly bad management who does not know their restaurant and inventory.
