Horrible experience. They didnt get our order right. They were out of sweet tea and BBQ sauce. They took forever and it wasnt even busy. When we got our food they did not put my husbands fries in the bag in which the woman argued with us and said she did. My husband had to hand her the bag so she could look herself. Pitiful! And you want how much an hour?

Ive read the other reviews, and I was sort of shocked by them. Ive been going there for quite awhile,and I have gotten nothing but great service and courtesy from the cashiers,hot food from the kitchen, and a helpful hand by all. As for the bathrooms....Ive not used them in quite a long time. Sooooome times our table is dirty,so I give a 4 star rating.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Drive-Thru is always backed up due to a depressingly incompetent staff. One lady didnt bother to tell me that they were out of the onion rings I had ordered UNTIL I actually collected my food. She then practically threw my drink into my brand new car. Most ignorant staff ever.

1 star from me, we waited at least 20 minutes in the drive thru line, got all our food. We ordered 2 medium Dr. Peppers and 1 medium Coke, we got 1 large Coke, 1 medium Coke, and 1 medium Root Beer. Staff is unorganized and service is just terrible. Id rather McDonalds than Burger King any day.
