This place is not part of the corperate chain and is locally owned. Its management and employees are all extremely rude and inexperienced, for example, every single time Ive gone there they put the ice cream in the same bag as hot food which causes the ice cream to melt and makes the food cold. Another example of their poor service would be a time went I went there for happy hour and they charged full price for the drinks (happy hour was supposed to have another 10 mins left) and when I asked about it, the lady was extremely rude about it and said theyre not part of corperate and can do whatever they want so I decided to cancel the order. This Dairy Queen is not worth going to under any circumstances, go to Washingtons instead.

Have gone here 3 times. The first time was fine. The second time I ordered two $1.99 mini blizzards, they charged me over $5.00. When I asked about it they said they werent selling the mini blizzards at $1.99. I cancelled my order thinking the sale had probably ended. I went home & saw the commercial every day for a week, went back & then asked for the $1.99 mini blizzard and was told they werent selling it at that price. How can the corporate spend all that money on a commercial & then let their franchises refuse to honor it? Im done with this location, especially when Washington & Sullivan are so close, and they HONOR the prices that are advertised!

We arrived inside DQ at 9:40. We asked the cashier if we could still order food. He said e are trying to close, so all we have left is ice cream and some snack pretzels with cheese. The door states that they do not close until 10pm... anyways, we all ordered blizzards, and at 9:50, we were asked to leave the inside and eat them outside because they were closing. It still wasnt even 10pm! We went on the patio to eat the ice cream, and at 9:56 I tried to get back inside to get a refill, but they locked us out. We are 6 adults just trying to grab a late snack, and Im shocked on the customer service by the kids working inside. Luckily the blizzards were good!

WARNING!!! DO NOT FLIP THE ICE CREAM !!! I love Dairy Queen. I go to many different locations and they always FLIP the ice cream or it is free. I came here and they did not FLIP my ice cream so I got excited and thought it was FREE. The lady looked T me like I was crazy , and I said FLIP or its free right (flipping the ice cream to show her) . MY MISTAKE!!! When I flipped it the entire ice cream landed in my lap!!! Big fat mess!!! I asked for the manager and he said they have old machines and their ice cream is not the same as the other stores. Still decent though.

Customer service is horrible. I have given this restaurant plenty of opportunities and most every time the attitude of the workers are horrible. (Especially the drive thru) Its been this way for years. I go out of my way now and give my business to the Washington Dairy Queen. I love Dairy Queen. Just not the one in Union.

Terrible service, teenage girls with attitudes..... when they messed up our order, I was told "I dont know what to tell you" by the little girl behind the counter. Every time we have gone in, something is wrong and they dont care to fix it..... customer service is lacking!

They stopped carrying marshmallow sauce like a year ago . Now the ownership has stopped putting cherries in the shakes. Its a shame because I have to take my business somewhere else when I live 5 minutes. It cant be saving that much money to do that.

Every time I visit this location it is dirty and grimy. The service is poor and the guy prepairing the food this evening had a giant fro and NO hairnet! Disgusting! The response to most questions is "uh we are not part of corporate".

Ive been going to this restauraunt for many years, It never ceases to amaze me how this place always finds the most disrespectful young teenagers. The customer service is horrible.
