Biscuits are either overbaked or gooey and underbaked; thats if youre lucky enough for them to remember to put them in the bag. Got a Sprite that had black bugs floating in it....horrific! Once got chicken with a hair in it and the staff said that it was impossible because their cook was bald (no he wasnt). Staff is discourteous and acts like we owe them something. So wrong! Have given this place so many second chances but no more for this one. Bugs in the drinks is the straw that broke the camels back. The management just makes excuses for the staff rather than dealing with the issues. My family is DONE with this place. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

This is the best KFC ever if you enjoy waiting. If on the other hand you enjoy eating this is not the KFC for you. We waited in the drive through for about 4 or 5 minutes till the individual behind us decided they had waited long enough and left. We waited for another 5 or 6 minutes and decided that we would also leave. The person infront of us left shortly after we did. KFC in Pacific is an embarrassment to the Colonel.

Ouch this is bad. I love KFC but this KFC has some real problems. The chicken tastes bad and the service is horrible. Update 5/16/14: We ended up getting some food from here last night. The sides are still tasty. For that I am awarding only one more star. But only one.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Had 2 customers before me, stood there 25 minutes and still had to wait for him to wait on another customer! Never put my order in. Did not have any more time to waste. Had an appointment! Do not go to KFC in Pacific MO!

Waited 10 minutes to get my order taken.. after order was placed and waiting another 5 minutes they come out and tell me its going to be another 10 minutes waiting on chicken to cook. . This is why they should not make over minimum wage.

Chicken tenders and Littles were old, very salty and mostly breading. This is 2nd straight time weve had this issue so KFC is quickly moving to the avoid list.

Disgusting! Not one worker wore gloves... Another was scratching his head before placing my food in the bag to go! I reported them to the health dept.
