If there were ever a time I could rate 0 stars, now would be that time. My mom, a friend and I visited the drive through one Thursday evening. When we pull up to the box to order, without a greeting the lady says, "one moment." No big deal. No. 5 minutes later she returns to take the order. Through the entire process she was very rude and unwelcoming. After we place our order, without repeating the order or giving us a grand total, she tells us to pull up to the second window. Now we are waiting another 5 - 10 minutes for our food which paid for and we never got a receipt. (6 sandwiches and 2 drinks.) The manager returns to the window and asks we pull to the entrance door because they had to "drop fresh fries." We pull around and wait another 25 minutes for our food and when she -ever so slowly- walks it out to us. We immediately check the bags and of course, missing a sandwich. My friend goes back inside and is immediately told "We arent taking anymore orders" by the cashier who also had a dirty attitude. My friend told her what happened and the manager came to the counter and had the audacity to ASK FOR THE FOOD BACK BECAUSE MY FRIEND WAS LYING. She repeatedly asked for a receipt when my friend kept telling her we never received one. Finally she printed one out and literally THREW the sandwich and the receipt at my friend. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN. And last but not least, my mother finally sits down after a long day to eat, only to bite into a sandwich she didnt order. This place is a disaster. 0/5 stars if it were possible !!!

Ive always though BK had good fast food. But the pitiful state of service for this chain, particularly this location is shocking. I would not pay the staff there two dollars an hour, if I had a choice as their performance would not merit it. Further, on two occassions in as many weeks, Ive had to go to the competition (MCDonalds) across the street due to the now familiar, "Out of Beef" sign on their drive-thru menu. Thats akin to pulling through a KFC only to encounter an "Out of Chicken" sign. To be fair, the food is usually good IF 1) you can get it and 2) your order is delivered with the proper contents, which is 50/50 AT BEST, I assure. I dont understand what is so horribly wrong with the management of this franchise, but their service is absolutely horrible.

So today we are coming back from Florida and we wanted to use the restroom before ordering. So we went to the restroom and there was NO SOAP DISPENSER!!!!! The restrooms were dirty and there was not even a mirror. I told one of the employees that there was no soap dispenser. She said we do wash our hands we use our back sinks which meant they use the sink in the prep area and sink by the drink dispenser.Keep driving not worth getting sick over a whopper.

Most Burger King restaurants are pretty good. Unfortunately, this one was gross. My burger had a foul taste. I couldnt eat it. The meat had probably not been refrigerated properly. Also we couldnt find a single table with a clean surface. I had to clear one off myself. Chairs were dirty too. Employees were nice enough and seemed eager. I suspect they just didnt have good managers leading and training them. Avoid this location.

I miss you guys .. The reviews on here are horrible. But looks like yall defiantly stepped up yalls game a little bit . Ive came to drive thru a couple times and yall had the food out pretty quick . maybe because we didnt order but like 4 sandwiches on the two for five but good job yall. BTW its Casey yall keep up the good work

If I could give no stars I would.. Me & my bf went there on 7/11/17 & went inside, waited @counter for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement that we was there. And its not like they was busy or I would understand. So we left & we seen where there employees were out back smoking & visiting. Really!!!

I loves your delicious Egg McMuffin and the Big Mac is Soooo Tastey!!! And when your shake machine isnt working it makes my heart sad... Sooo Sad. If you say you have no shakes then I shall cry myself to sleep and eat a frostie later. In conclusion, Your food is good, I like shakes.

I cant express how horrible this place is. I hate giving one star because they dont even deserve one. Very rude workers and nasty, cold, food.Dont waste your time or money because these people dont care at all and treat you as if you are a problem instead of a paying customer.

Definitely one of the better burger kings I have visited. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The food was very good and the order (which was a big one!) Was correct! Will visit again!!!!

Horrible service. Ordered a drink, got to the window & they didnt have it. In drive thru after ordering & waiting found out credit card machine was down. That was the last chance BK will get. McDonalds is my new favorite!
