Great food, great drinks (prepared by Holly), and a wonderful manager....however they have two servers by the name Emily and her nameless sidekick. They were not my server, but cocked an attitude because the bartender was getting a drink order from my friends and I and she had to wait. She threw a tantrum as she and her sidekick rolled their eyes and talked crap from the other end of the bar and yelling at the bartender. They were standing around like they had nothing better to do. It was very rude of her to interrupt the bartender while taking our order as if her orders were more important. She is not very attractive, professional, nor friendly, or anything like a normal server usually is. I hope they get rid of that bad apple before they lose a lot more business!!

Waited 15 minutes for a server to even approach us on the patio even with shotty eye contact from servers it was like no one wanted to serve us. The gentleman at the table beside me recieved 3 whiskey sours before i got my beer amd he showed up after us.im a very gracious tipper being from the service industry. One bartender on a friday drink speacil. After I placed an order for a beer and three mixed drinks I waited over 20 minutes for the drinks. I tasted my miller lite and it tasted like straight moldy yeast.taps must never be cleaned. Lost my will to even drink. Ordered a water. First and last time here ever. Not even gonna try the food. Taco bell and liquor store here I come. Place is doomed unless management gets a handle on the schedule and who they hire.

The food is very good. I was dissapointed when I noticed a waitress pouring fresh olive oil on top of old olive oil into the clear containers on each table, since light breaks down the healthy properties of the oil and I may have just consumed oil that could have on my table, in the sunlight, for months. I asked the waitress about the oil and she told me it was a "soybean oil blend". I dont eat the bread and oil anymore. The last experience, our waiter kept telling us to fill out the survery card and join the mailing list. It seemed a little pushy. He even set one down in front of each of us with a pen after we declined the third time. The food is otherwise good and the prices are resonable.

My wife and I went here on the recommendation of the B&B owner where we were staying. Unfortunately she was wrong. I had the Chicken Parm and wife had the Lasagna. Weve had better at Olive Garden. Small portions, lukewarm temperature, poor service. I think our food sat under a heat lamp for 10 - 15 minutes until the waitress got them to us. It seems the large party in the front area of the restaurant was getting priority. Dont bother with this place. There have got to be better choices in the area.

My family and I love this place and usually eat there weekly. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the owner occasionally thanks customers for their patronage. My only complaints are that the food consistency is a bit off, and the accuracy of orders are not always right. The wait can also be long at times even when the place is somewhat empty, but otherwise this is a great choice. Try the spaghetti and meatballs, the quesadilla pizza, and the americano pizza...they are all delicious!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered a Margherita thin crust and Cheese pizza with grilled Cheese that was supposed to be hand tossed for take out this evening. Both pizzas were probably left too long in the oven and were burnt brown and black like toast. For $ 36 did not expect such service. When I called back the response was: "you should have checked inside the box before you left" Stick to Papa John!! Best in Tupelo, hands down, for half the cost and home delivery included.

The food is good and the restaurant is nice but horrible service! We sat at the bar which was not busy and it was a good 15 mins before we were noticed. Bartender and waitresses standing around talking and playing on phones. Ordered food to go and took forever to get the food. The bartender dropped a wine glass a decided to throw a 2nd glass in the floor. Shattering glass right in front of us. The service was the worst Ive ever seen.

Ive eaten here 3 times now. I dined there for lunch because I was visiting a company we do business with that is nearby. I was thoroughly pleased with the lunch setup. A buffet that offered much better fare than you can get in a lot of places. Delicious food, well prepared, and the service is excellent. Im from Alabama and I am trying to find this restaurant there.

Really great food. Mostly have decent servers. Ive had one issue with a server there and been there many times. She had dropped our food and we had to wait forever even after others who came in 10 or so minutes after us had gotten their food and were given no discount. Otherwise, the establishment is clean. I will eat there more.

Use to be a regular under new management and the kitchen has lost its touch will not suggest anyone eats there until they straighten out the cooking situation. I am very disappointed I have dined at the other locations in starkville oxford and in Memphis at this point and time this pizza that I got last night is the worst.

This place was packed. There was no parking. There were several holiday parties with loud patrons. The wait staff was slow. The food was delicious once it finally came. The drink specials were good. They had a two for one special. I had the house margarita. I may return at a less busy time, like before 7pm.

We stopped in here for lunch, didnt know the place or the neighborhood. It was definitely worth pulling off the highway, the food and service were great! Very reasonable prices, a good menu, nice decor ... we were looking for something that wasnt a big food chain, we definitely recommend Old Venice!

I come here every time Im in town on business. Great food. Friendly staff. And Guinness on tap. What more could a road warrior want? I do wish the staff would be trained on the proper pouring of a Guinness. Seeing a Guinness poured like a regular beer makes my soul cry.

The quality of the food was very good...When we finally got it. The service was awful! We ordered pizza and added extra sauce and tomatoes in which were not on the pizza. Also, ordered traditional wings and they never showed up so I cancelled the order. Very dissatisfied overall.
