Ive been to this store twice recently. I really like little caesars. They make a high quality pizza at a reasonable price. When I came to the store two weeks ago I placed an order and went shopping at the grocery store while they made it. They burnt the pizza and had to remake it while I waited and my ice cream melted in the car. The pizza they remade was great quality: everything I love about little caesars. I figured they were having a rough night, so Id give them another shot. I went tonight and ordered a hot and ready and an order of crazy bread. She upsold me a second crazy bread for 99 cents. When I got to the window I found out that the second crazy bread wasnt ready. I was going to tell her just to keep it and give me one crazy bread and one pizza, but decided to run in at the grocery store instead and wait on the crazy bread. I get back from the store and pull up to the window to find out that my hot and ready is neither hot nor ready. I waited at the window about 5 minutes for my pizza to come out of the oven. That wouldnt have been too big of a deal, except when I got home I found the pizza to be extremely underdone. It was doughy and gooey. I ate half of one piece and threw the rest in the trash. I couldve handled a bit of slow service if my pizza was still good, but this pizza was nowhere near the quality that I expect from little caesars.

No stars tonight!! First of all we understand the upsell...but give me a break, ask us once...then give it a rest! BUT heres the the big complaint: We were hungry , we chose LC because we figured we could get in and out quick and for less $......NOOOOO! in at 7:02 (8:02 by our receipt). We ordered an ultimate supreme, someone had already taken the last and had failed to notify the kitchen. We thought our cashier went back to order if for us.....but I am not sure she really did. 30 minutes later, we still didnt have a pizza, but in the mean time pizzas were flyin from the kitchen...everything but an ultimate supreme. We finally asked for our money back, which we received with what seemed like a sincere apology....but what, thats where it ends? What about.....were really sorry sir, your pizza will be out any minute, but to make up for this SNAFU, well give you.....a 2 litter, cheesy bread, the wings you ordered but have been sitting under the heating element for 30 minutes for free.....nah, heres your money.....not the best service tonight.

I love this pizza but there carry out service is terrible. It seems like half the employees are there to play around and they other half are working twice as hard to catch up. There is one cashier that is so disrespectful she rolled her eyes at the customer ahead of me. This customer had been waiting for 30mins for 2 pizzas. I was speechless. Then she put my coupon in wrong thankful a boy with dark hair come up from the back opened his own register as well as the blonde came up and started getting the orders straightened out. The pizza was good but like I said some of there employees are terrible.

Was a WONDERFUL store.....UNTIL IT WAS BOUGHT OUT!!! Tremendously sad for O.S., this was such a wonderful spot for price, time and quality. Now service is absolutely terrible, pizzas are awful, and prices went up. Dont waste your time, pay the extra couple dollars to go elsewhere where youll be met with appropriate customer service and a reliable quality of food. I hate that Lil Caesars went down hill so quickly after new ownership took place,

Sunday, March 5 .Had pepperoni Hot & Ready pizza. Like cheese on cardboard. The pepperoni has been changed. It is now tiny, very thin,triangular slices of tasteless unknown something -supposedly pepperoni. What a waste! They wont stay in business long like this. Certainly wont have my business anymore. Will spread the word also. Doesnt even deserve 1star.

Service has gone down hill as has the quality of the food. In some cases, you will be waiting close to thirty minutes for your order. The staff seems to lost most of the time. I even have witnessed a verbal fight going on. Strongly suggest you go elsewhere as this location is pure crap

My three meat pizza was burnt and dried out and my pepperoni pizza wasnt even cooked all the way. The last few times I have been there they have gotten my order messed up. Itddoesnt taste good anymore.
