Juat got back from this one and felt the need to finally review it. I had ti repeat my order 3 times, waited at the window for 10 minutes then had to pull around to the front and waited another 10 minutes. I would have been ok if the pizza and breadsticks were hot and fresh, but neither were! The pizza was cold, it needed to be warmed in the microwave before eating. The breadsticks that "just came out of the oven" were undercooked and not at all hot, lukewarm if that. They almost always forget the crazy sauce, even though i specifically order it. After waiting 20 minutes tonight though i wasnt going to park and get my daughter out just to get the sauce i ordered. I understand they can run out of food, I understand wait times, but I habe had enough. We wont be back.

They are always under staffed lines out the door because everyone is waiting a long time for their food. The older white ladies in the back talk way to much. Dont listen to the cashier when she says she is out of something. So meaning they need to put it in the oven for the next order. I love the food just not the service. I drive 40mins to the Rockford location to get it. I am just thinking I will just go to the Marengo location instead since they too the one out of belvidere which was stupid.

I have been here on multiple occasions and they never have timely service. Whether you go in or order through the drive thru, its never less than a 15 minute wait! Thats just for 1 pizza thats supposed to be hot and ready. If you order one thats a specialty, you can wait upwards of 30 minutes. Not a good place to stop for anything quick.

Very poor service, the people are not at all friendly and the wait time is minimum 15 minutes, doesnt matter what you go for. The pizza is always cut unevenly and the cheese is half off of it. I would seriously recommend going anywhere else because this place is not worth it.

This place is horrible, bad customer service anytime I go here inside or drive thru. Last time I was here I spent 20 minutes sitting and waiting in the drive thru, after nobody acknowledged me I eventually left. Not hot and ready!!

Ive never not had to wait for a pizza here. Theres always 1-2 employees working and they will tell you that after you order so you arent sure if your order has been taken or they want you to leave.
