Horrible service. We arrived at 6:15 and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get two pizzas and an order of their home-made macaroni and cheese (which had absolutely no flavor - it tasted like watery noodles). Every table in the restaurant at that time came in and ordered AFTER we did and they all got their food before us. When we inquired about how much longer it was going to take (we have 4 children who were starving by that time), they acted as though they were being inconvenienced. We were not greeted upon entering nor were we acknowledged on our way out the door. The pizza is really good, but the service is so terrible that we will not be returning. Its too bad because we live just 10 minutes away!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO LIKE IN THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I really dont know where to begin. 1. Terrible service 2. Pizza sucks 3. FILTHY!!!! I was given dirty dishes not once but TWICE!!! I dont think they own a dishwasher. I had to switch chairs because I kept sticking to my first one. Delivery driver was sitting at the bar and yelling at kitchen staff about not wanting to take a delivery. The pizza was sub -par at best. Ive been to gas stations that serve a better pizza. The dining room was filthy with gum and food on the floor. Whoever likes this pizza has never had a good pizza before. I suggest they have their taste buds removed because theyre obviously not working. Chicago pizza RULES!!!!

Pie Highs owner started Tomato Head Pizza Kitchen in Chicago -- the hippest and tastiest thin-crust pizza joints in the city when they were his. He has brought that same great taste and casual atmosphere to the Lake Geneva area. The food is fantastic -- ALL fresh with much brought in from local farms. Love the high school theme and the cute decor. Great for kids and adults -- a real family atmosphere (not a tavern/pub, but does serve upscale beer and wine) with great tunes. We are weekly regulars ... and then some!

Menu said the lunch specials included sandwiches and salad but owner, who didnt greet us, snapped "pizza only right now" while I quietly looked through carry out menu on counter. No ice and no non-soda options on beverage machine on our visit. No soap in rest room and first table we sat at was dirty. They were mopping the dining room at 11:15 while we were sitting there rather than before they open. Pizza was equivalent to the frozen variety.

Love the thin crispy crust on the pizza. Always have it delivered and love it. A little pricey but I think worth it. Ate in house once and it was ok, interesting. 1 guy apparently working, cooking and serving (and slammed) with a delivery driver sitting at the counter doing nothing. Pick up a rag! Help out, do something, we diners see you. Love the za though.

I tried their pizza, I ordered 2 pizza and chicken wings. Both pizza was overcooked and burned! All ingredients were crunchy and too salty!!! Also the chicken wings werent like wings, it was like boneless dry meat in bunch of bbq sauce! Price was too high for what I got!!! Im very disappointed and wasted my money for nothing!!!!!!!!!!

Staff refuses to answer the phone unless they feel like making pizza. They closed 20 minutes early and rejected three phone calls so I decided to drive there myself and they still would not make me a pizza. Poor service.

Great food. Great place to spend quality time with the family. Draw on the table for a game of Pictionary, play hangman, or other fun activities as you enjoy you meal. Love it!
