This location had horrible horrible food and service. I went there yesterday and my wings were literally floating in grease and they had very little seasoning/sauce. Also I ordered online, I waited an extra 30 minutes before picking up my order. I still had to wait ad my order was not ready!!! This is the second time that I have been served a container of grease!!! I will be filing a formal complaint.

I placed an order online...made it there about 40 mins before they closed to pick it up and the man said since he was the only one in the kitchen he decided to close it up at 11...they were cleaning up and everything. When the posted time clearly says they close at midnight,terrible terrible customer service. I woildnt recommend anyone go to the Ridgeland location on 51 N.

Food was alright. Fries werent cooked all the way. Plus one of my 5 chicken strips wasnt even half the size of the others. Everyone ahead of me didnt get their food till after I received mine. I like the franchise but dont think Ill be going back to this location. The Wingstop on State Street in Jackson is way better with service and food.

This place went down hill the past couple months they serve rink dink chicken to increase margins on busy days and if you come during non peak hours expect chicken. Jerky and half order of cold fries. 3 times that something serious was messed up with my order is too many I will never be revisiting this location.

Waited exactly 56 minutes for two 8 piece combos, while staff up front complained about not wanting to be there (in front of customers) only to finally receive our food and its cold! So disappointed that I will be advising all of my friends, family, associates and clients not to dine at this establishment

Want good wings fast? Like, 14 minutes fast? Go here. They run specials during softball season (Mon, Tues, Thurs nights in the summer and fall) that are usually cheap pitchers and half price wings. Thats hard to beat. Nice group running this place. Great place to hang out.

Food used to be so good here, now it is pure garbage. First time to eat here in over a year, they have obviously changed hands. Different kitchen staff then in the past. No smiles, no thank you for coming in. Place was dirty and unkempt. Time for a change of venue or owners.

The food is great, the staff are very nice and friendly. The manager is very rude and disrespectful he hung up in my face when I called and asked have he checked my application, as a manager you have to be professional at all time.

I waited in the line for 5+minutes while the cashier sat on the phone going back and forth with some customer and the other employees looking and talking....and they messed up my order, I ordered 10 wings and only received 8

Awful service. Charged over $2 if you just want a cup for water or you have to buy a bottle, and then 85¢ for ranch/blue cheese if you dont order a combo. And the food is decent but totally overpriced. Wont be coming back.

Dont place your order online. Apparently they dont monitor those to make sure theyre done within the time window. In addition, they didnt even act like they cared that they messed up.
