Not a good 1st impression. When we got there they told us it would be at the longest 15 minute wait (even the male manager told us that) well to come find out it was 36 minutes to be exact. When we finally got our table we ask for a manager & the female manager came & apologized saying that the kitchen had gotten back up. Well we decided to order beer when they came out they were hot (like just got them out of the case). The female manage came by and asked how was everything & I told her that the beer was hot & she asked the bartender if they had put some on ice and the bartender said no so the manager goes to say that theyve been having cooler problems, REALLY??? How can a restaurant that just got built with all new appliances, cooler, etc. have a cooler problem??? Oh & my sons hamburger was DRY, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day long. Server didnt bother to ask how he would like his hamburger so I assume they think everyone wants a dry ass burger that has been over cooked!!! So, if you want to wait longer than expected with beer, dried out burgers & pour service then this is the place for you!!!

They are not ready to be open Wife and I went on 4/6 half the tables open. Told 30 wait, 10 min later they told people an hour. Constant flow of people in and leaving. Dont under stand why the two staff at front can tell people or the manage add a sign. If I was "5 guys", I would be handing out menus In the front for exiting customers Three different servers and had to reorder multiple times. Food brought out at different time. Lot of staff walking around Wings took 45 and where not completely covered in the sauces. Wing hard like they sat under heat lamp to long. Had better wings at zaxby. Heck sonic wings are better Asked for plate and napkin and was brought 20 min later Again They are not ready to be open.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings food, but the customer service at this place is absolutely horrendous. I have been here a handful of times since this place opened only a few months ago. I always request my wings "wet", and not one single time have they arrived with extra sauce, despite the waiter or waitress indicating that they made it clear to the cook staff that they needed extra sauce. One time my main course arrived prior to my appetizers, our waitress was utterly unapologetic. If you want Buffalo Wild Wings, I would suggest you go to the store in Ridgeland. The customer service is much better, and Im pretty sure you get larger servings of food.

Ordered to-go about 2 weeks ago and found feathers on multiple wings in the sauce. The manager Jason called and left a voicemail with a number to call him back. Ive tried calling him back and leaving messages multiple times and he will not call me back. Then last week I ordered to-go again and received a snack size instead of the small that I paid for and all they did was take my name down? They opened way too early in my opinion and should have spent more time training. Neither the workers nor the managers are prepaid to handle the issues with this place.

NOT a good first impression. Walked in and was set at the high top tables and it was just my husband and I. We set there for 15 minutes and had about 8 waiters and waitresses INCLUDING two different managers who all looked at us while passing and not one acknowledged us. Ive been in the restaurant business and thats unacceptable. Not good service. Thankfully theres one across the spillway that has AMAZING service as always. The worst part, the host that sat us came to take our drink order after finally realizing we still had not been waited on.

So I ordered medium traditional hot BBQ wings and I know 15 comes with that. Once I get to the house I see that I only have 8 hot wings and thats it. I called not knowing they closed at 12 and the last by the name of Brittany answered I explained to her what was going on instead of taking my name down so the order could be fixed the next day she just told me sorry were closed. So yes my visit was not pleasing. The wing count was wrong and the flavor. And all of this was today I ordered my food at 10:50 finally got it at 11:45.

Service by servers was good. Wait time for food after ordering was terrible. Then when I recvd my Honey BBQ salad, it was a Grilled Chicken/bacon sandwich of some type. On a strict diet but didnt want my dining partners to wait so I ate it anyway! The one highlight of this dining experience. And the black kinky hair in my vegetables didnt help either. For goodness sakes, Im the one throwing out $100 on this. At LEAST make sure mine is right!

If anyone knows the history about Buffalo Wild Wings, then you know that The Anchor Bar is the First and Original of its kind based out of Buffalo New York on Main St. But this one here in Flowood Mississippi was a wonderful experience. You can enjoy the company of Mother Nature. But those roll up windows?? Be careful of the days after the rainy ones. Staff helpful and very jovial even under constant stress due to high volumes.

Tried to place lunch special order by phone as I normally do b4 I leave work but today the lady on the phone didnt know what a lunch special was so I had to drive to the location to place the order then had to wait 25 mins for my order then I realized I was 1 wing short on my order but wasnt worth complaining about besides I already spent my lunch break in there already so Ill just find somewhere else to eat on lunch

Service is terrible. Placed order at 6:30, 8:11 still no food. Worried more about drinks and socializing with customers rather than getting orders out. If you are planning on doing something later go somewhere else to eat. Four waiters come to the table but no one comes back with food.

Waitress didnt know what a mojito was, and never acknowledged my girlfriend when she ordering. The asian zing wings were hard and way over cooked. The best part about my visit was my Dr. Pepper. Im not hard to please but likely wont be back. Strike 2

This was my first time here at buffalo wild wings and it was very good I had a pulled pork burger wow great food. It was a very clean place and the staff all was very out going ask us if we were ok here made it very ez to go back. This good one

The fire alarm kept going off. Our server was very inattentive and LEFT before our food was even ready. The only reason we were given a new server was because we flagged one down and told her what happened.

Went on opening night and was very pleased. Staff was nice and helpful. Brittany (manager) and Danielle (waitress) are so sweet. Food and drinks were PERFECT! Looking forward to going back :-)

The service was fast and friendly even though they were packed. The restaurant was clean. The food was absolutely amazing. And the drinks were magnificent. Try this new location out stat!!
