The first time my husband and I and our 2 year old came here to eat at the buffet they only charged for me and my husband. The man that rang us up didnt mention anything so we assumed they didnt charge for kids to eat at the buffet. However today when we went the woman helping us told us that they do charge for my 2 year old to eat. I declined the buffet but my husband wanted it and so I just ordered something from the menu for me and my 2 year old to share because she doesnt eat much anyway. When the woman called my order I walked up and she was talking loudly to another employee saying if she sees my 2 year old eating off my husbands plate shes going to charge me. I looked at her confused because I SPECIFICALLY ordered something from the menu for that reason. Then shes watching my husband like a hawk as hes getting his food from the buffet and the people at the registers are staring at us. Even an older man was walking around checking on my husband as hes eating. We will never be back at this location after the incident that happened today.

My wife went to this fine establishment for our dinner tonight. As has become so common at fast food restaurants, our order was missing items, mashed potatoes and chicken strips. Called back to let them know we were coming back to get the strips and taters we were shorted but was told they were out of food and I would be sent a coupon. I explained that they just took our money for those strips five minutes ago so they need to come up with strips. then I told them we would be there in two minutes but was told, "no, we close in two minutes so again, Ill send you coupons." Beware of this establishment. When they mess-up the order, it is the customers problem and/or responsibility. HAVE BACK-UP PLANS or youll go hungry.

I went to this KFC today and was treated horribly by a manager named Jacinta! I was there a few months back and we didnt recieve our full order. I called spoke to a manager and she wrote my name in a book to replace what we didnt get. So today Jacinta told me I was a liar and my name wasnt in their book. I told her I was planning on spending $40, however, I wanted what paid for last time. She cursed at me and told me to get the hell out of there. I asked for her name and asked for a phone number to her corporate manager. When I got home and called it was a wrong number. This woman shouldnt be a manager or work with customers at all! Im extremely disappointed in how I was treated. We will NEVER go here again!

I come into the store because you dont see a KFC around much anymore and this will be my last visit to one as well. I came into the store the server asked me politely what I would like with a snobby look on her face and I asked for some time and she said ok. She walked away and served another man which was good, however when I preferred my food and asked for a simple exchange of a food item to the manage he said no very angrily and didnt even bother to explain why he said no. She then comes to me and says no in a snobby way and starts to act very rude to me. I will NEVER be visiting this crappy KFC again. Any of my friends will also not be visiting this store either.

Food was fine. I brought my 1 year old in there with me to eat and figured he was free being none of the other KFC restaurants charged me before, so we sat down. A few min later a lady pretended she was sweeping and made her way over to ask me if I paid for him. I told her no and she said, "well its 2.13 after tax" and proceeded to stand there and stare at me. I finally had to tell her Id be up to pay in a minute. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a KFC. Wont be back ever. Also going to steer away all friends and family that live in the area.

Horrible service! The kid at the drive up window charges me for both my food and the car behind me. They then charge me just for mine and tell me the other has been reversed. When I call to tell them it didnt get reversed, the manager asks me to call back in a few days and shell help me. Besides, the chicken sucked, lumps of gooey half cooked flour on the large piece and a leg that was way dried out. My suggestion is go elsewhere, as the food is disappointing, but the management and customer service is even worse.

My fiancé and I occasionally come in for a small meal, otherwise we may get food via drive thru. We"be been coming to this establishment, since October of last year and everything has been great. Just today, I had one of the best encounters with the cashier, and another staff member. He manager greeted us too. I died for grilled chicken, and waited about 5-6 minutes for freshly me tasty grilled chicken breast. My fiancé was satisfied with her Zinger box meal! Thanks!

I have been coming here once a week now for the last three months... And I always get the lunch buffet. I have noticed, however that the price is never the same... One time it was$7.93... Today i paid $9.03. I asked the cashier about this and she said the price went up two months ago. NOT TRUE! Also the quality and taste varies with each visit. I find that unacceptable. Looking for a consistent dining experience? Dont come here.

Absolutely the worse KFC Ive ever been. Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. Was offered nothing but a managers number, which never answered or replied to my voice mail. Wrote an official complaint to cooperate. They gave a $5 gift card, which doesnt even cover the cost of a meal. I will never go to this KFC again. I will likely be a Popeyes from now on.

Worst ever not a good idea for buffet chicken was sitting there for hours. I asked for legs original I got crispy and dry too personnel attitude horrible and customer service. I strongly recommend go to the Roseville location they excel in everything there and just wait if this location changes or get new management focused in what the customer needs.

Employees were fooling around and werent attentive. Tried to charge me for another biscuit when a #12 comes with a damn biscuit. And then instead of telling me they were out of popcorn chicken they took a chicken tender and just shredded it and put it in my famous bowl. If i wanted a chicken tender i wouldve order a chicken tender.

Will not eat here again ! Service was bad and i was charged in front of all the customers for giving my 7 month old a spoon of mashed potatoes . if i would have known they charge i would have paid , but she was sleeping when i got there n right before i left i gave her some. You just lost customers

Rude customer service and very little to choose from the buffet. Plus all other buffet locations I have been to will give you a small container of macaroni if you ask they said no its not part of the buffet.
