We stumbled upon this place a couple of years ago after driving by it for over 10 years. We were tired of the other Chinese restaurants so thought we would give this a try. It is hard to tell from the outside because the blinds are always closed. So you do have to walk in to feel the atmosphere and see what it looks like. Anna is very friendly and always immediately available to greet you and seat you if you choose to sit in the restaurant. This is our preference. Anna usually is the person taking the order. Her kids help out during the summer. After you have been in at least once maybe twice Anna remembers exactly what you like each subsequent time you visit. Sure, sometimes the food is not always spot on but I would take there off days to some of the other places.

Ordered for the first time and everything was piping hot. Which was not only fantastic, it was honestly a huge surprise. The delivery took about 50 minutes. The person who made my delivery was very nice. All the food tasted great but I am pretty disappointed by their cheese puffs. Its my one love and they hardly have any filling! I saw similar complaints on this. I hope they start putting more filling inside. Other than that I think everything was good overall. Another thing I hope they add is an estimated wait time. Im used to 30-40 with other establishments. It would just be nice for a heads up time wise with what to expect.

Wow....I just finished trying to consume my lunch I ordered from Anna Chungs. This is disgusting!!! Too bad I cant post pictures of this garbage! Heres my order: Spicy General Tsos Chicken Combo Fried Rice Egg Roll Appetizers: Spicy Chicken Wings, Cream Cheese Puffs What was wrong: None of my food was spicy!!!!! The egg role was horrific. The cream cheese puffs had no flavor. And the spicy chicken wings were disgusting -- they were drowning in this thick, pasty sauce. What was right: Well...it WAS still hot when it arrived.... I wasted $20 on this. Dont make the same mistake I did!

Thought we would try due to the good reviews. My wife had the Moo Shu Pork and I had a Chicken and Pork combo meal. My meal had barely any meat, almost all celery, while my wifes was drowning in sauce. We have never had Moo Shu Pork with sauce before (kinda gross), and the pancakes were totally falling apart trying to eat it. Egg rolls and fried rice were below average. Prices are higher than other area Chinese restaurants. We will not be back.

i went in there for there buffet they took it away...so we ate any ways we had a small selection to choose from i thought was weird so any ways i asked i could have mushroom chowmein and low mein she told me NO i was shocked i had to order off the special list....the food was gross chicken was hard wontons were disgusting i do not recommend any one going there...i have not been to a place where i was told no when wanting to order something~~

My boyfriend and I find this place by accident one night. it was around 9:30 and completely empty. We ordered the pan fried pot stickers as an app. OMG! I dream about pot stickers like these. They were SO good! We both had the Beef with Broccoli and it was just as fantastic. The beef was hearty and tender and there was lots of it! Plus a bunch of veggies all cooked perfectly. Omnomnom! We will definitely be back.

Discusting! Let me tell you this, it was so discusting that I know the good reviews have to be fake. There is no way anyone would think this was good chinese food. I went for the buffet to try the place out. The two barely edible dishes were a thick nasty brown gravy with surpise meat! The fried rice was dry and crispy. The other buffet dishes were like a thick clear gravy. YUCK, GROSS, WILL NEVER GO BACK!

We have been regulars here since we moved into the area in 1990. We have never had any of the problems that I have seen in other reviews here. Delivery, take out, and dining in have always been positives for us. The family owners are friendly and attentive, the food is great (the sesame chicken and orange chicken are particular favorites of mine), the dining area is clean, quiet, and intimate.

I ordered dinner for our family on Christmas and was told that it would take 45min - 1 hr to arrive and after 1 hr 15 min I called to check and they said it would be made soon and sent out. After 2 hours hve gone by I was told my food would be there shortly. It never came. This company took my credit card info at time of order. Very frustrating. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.

Been going there for 18 years and besides the good food you cant beat her friendly service. Her peking chicken and chicken potstickers are notably better than most places. Like all restaurants sometimes there are off nights and some things are better than others but given the choice of dozens of Chinese places in the Eagan area Anna Chungs is the one that keeps us coming back.

This was the worst Chinese food I have EVER ate. The fried rice was little more then white rice with a ton of soy sauce. The Seasame Chicken that was ordered spicy tasted horriable and you could honestly make it better yourself with a premix from Cub Foods. The only thing that was that tasted half way decent was the cream cheese wantons and they were mushy, not crisp and fresh.

Danielle Ann. You are an idiot for choosing the buffet. Any food that sits there all day is going to taste bad... Id suggest actually trying a dish freshly made. All the dinner specialties are amazing. Way better than lee ann chins or Panda express. One of the best Asian food places in Eagan. All the good reviews are not fake, they just had a good dish, clearly.

They charge you a new price every time even if you get the same thing as last time, its messed up. The first time I got food from here is was good. The next two times not so good. The third time they game me rotten food. I had the sesame chicken and some of it was a mushy nasty brown color. Avoid this place at all costs.

The best Pork/Chicken Fried Rice, and Sweet and Sour Chicken Ive ever tasted! And, they are very generous with their portions, too. Very friendly and accommodating staff there. My whole family Loves Anna Chungs food. We live almost 20 miles from Eagan, and it is so worth it, to go out of our way.

The only reason I even gave one review is the fried rice is good but the egg rolls were terrible, the cream cheese wontons are so crusty, and my orange chicken Was so gross that I didnt even keep eating it, and the food was so bad I literally had to go to the bathroom about 20 times from it!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told my order would be ready at 6:10 and it was ready at about 6:30. The food was lacking flavor and just wasnt very good. I wouldnt go back, as Ive had more flavorful Chinese food in the area. I also was a bit grossed out by the kid running in and out of the kitchen.
