I ordered a delivery for a thin crust pizza and wings.....Well.....HELLO!!!!! FOR SURE WE GOT A DAY OLD PIZZA NOTHING ON IT I WANTED AND THE WINGS LOOKED LIKE IT CAME FROM A PIGION........I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST WORST MEAL EVER I HOPE THEY CLOSE....THEY CLOSED THE ONE IN NYA...HMMMMMMMMMMMM WONDER Y... SO I TALKED TO DILLION THE STORE MGR. WHO ASKED WAY TOO MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT Y THIS WAS THE WORST OF THE WORST.........TOO MANY EXCUSES WELL I WASNT SETTLED FOR THAT I WORK AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT AND IF THE PRODUCT ISNT TOP QUALITY YOU DONT SERVE IT! POINT BLANK.......I GOT A CREDIT FOR AS MUCH AS I SPENT...LIKE I REALLY WANTED THAT....BUT ILL GO THERE MYSELF AND MAKE SURE ITS A FRESH PIZZA AND THE WINGS ARE BIGGER THEN A PIGION!!!!!!! DONT MAKE A MISTAKE GO TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably one of the worst places i have ever ate at. Not only is there selection horrible but what you can pick from looks overdone and like it has been sitting there way too long. I love soup so when i saw they had chicken wild rice i went to check it out and when i opened the lid the soup was about the consistency of mashed potatoes. When you come in and pay they ask you what kind of pizza you would like them to make. My girlfriend ordered there garlic cheese pizza.. They said 15 minutes.. Needless to say she didnt get to eat her pizza. By the time it was finally done and brought out (40 minutes later) we had to leave. She asked for her money back and they declined instead giving her the pizza to take home that was a half hour late! Wow!

Kelly you are absolutely correct!!! They treated me really bad last time I went there. They looked at me as if theyve never seen a black person before. I just want to be treated like my white friends. Please hire more diversity among us your staff and please show a little bit more respect to my Nordies we want to come to your doo looked at me as if theyve never seen a black person before. Its a little shady when your company has a black girls picture in a advertisement but nobody black is working there, fix it thank you!

Went there after a long day at Valleyfair. It was about an hour and 15 before close. The whole place was dirty and full of food and trash on the floors and tables. There was two half pizzas on the buffet and nothing else. The mashed potato and chicken section all the food was so dried and crusty from sitting there so long. The ice cream machine had a tray overflowing with melted ice cream running down it. Pop was warm and ice machine was broken. I asked the worker who I finally saw if there was going to be more food because I just paid 80.00 for my family to eat and theres nothing on the buffet. She said its 9:00 so they stop cooking pizzas... if this is the case then why take peoples money at that time?

Website issues and poor in-store customer service/mgmt. kept me from being able to place my order for delivery. If you have a coupon from a local mailer, there is no way to enter the coupon code online...and the response I got from mgmt. was "If the deal isnt offered online, then we dont take it." So what good is sending delivery order discounts/coupons out to the community with online codes that cant be used online?! They wouldnt even accept my order over the phone & just take the discount off the total. Needless to say, they wont be getting my business in the future!

Our family of 5 went to pizza ranch Shakopee last night as a reward to my son. They didnt clean plates off of our tables once, new pizzas were not put out almost the whole time we were there and I asked twice for cheese pizza (which was never put out). Chicken was never restocked until we were walking out of the door, mashed potatoes I had to scrap out of the pan. We were there at 6:30 pm, not at the end of the night. It was just ridiculous and NOT worth the money we paid. Very disappointed.

The pizza is really greasy... There were pools of oil across the top of my pepperoni pizza I ordered for carry out. But the dessert pizza was delicious and they have really great service there. The gentleman who took my order offered me a complimentary soft drink while I waited for my order to be ready.

Great fried chicken and pretty decent pizza. I also like the fact that even though its buffet style, they still ask you what kind of pizza youd like to eat and they will make one and then bring some to your table when its done. Weve always had great service at the Shakopee Pizza Ranch.

I loved going to the pizza ranches in and around Sioux Falls SD, they had chicken fries, mac and cheese, biscuits and gravy, and the chicken wasnt burnt. Plus the price for the lunch buffet was only $8.99 in Sioux Falls. This place just isnt the same, not even close.

We order 3 pizzas. They were prompt on delivery. Pizzas were very good hot. 1 pizza was wrong. We called not expecting anything to be done. They sent us a another one. This one was right but the toppings were oslide over & were on only 1/2 the pizza. Lol

This place has terrible service when they get busy and cant even provide enough food at the buffet. Plus who closes a restaurant at 8pm? Pizza is substandard taste although the chicken is good. Want good pizza its worth the drive to somewhere else.

The floor was really dirty. Its not that hard to vacuum. The food was good but slow. We ordered a pizza, they made it wrong. When this happens in other locations they normally they offer the pizza to go. Could be much better overall

Not the best pizza ranch, buffet style but they only had 2 different kinds of pizzas out and the didnt refill the dessert kind until we were leaving. They need to work on stocking, and having to order food at a Buffett is kinda lame

Excellent pizza & chicken dinners. Excellent service too. Also take out and very fast delivery. Decore is pretty good, but nothing fancy. This place is very popular in Shakopee.

Good pizza, not super gourmet but great for a family or party, also will make pizza by request! Just have to ask. The discounts and club memberships are pretty spot on.
