I had a good time here. This was my first experience with the "Pizza Ranch" buffets, and I was pretty happy with everything. The fried chicken was really tasty. It was crispy, and the meat was very juicy. Im pretty sure they marinate the meat in buttermilk or something. I make fried chicken at home and know good chicken when I see it. The pizzas were all pretty good with some, like the Taco, being outstanding. The salad bar was nice with lots of options and soup. I was really happy that they had soft serve vanilla ice cream, as I was able to make a rootbeer float! With this all said, I was like the fricking Stay Puft Marshmallow Man after eating all this food. I wish I had a Little Rascal scooter to roll me outta there. This definitely not the place to eat all the time. Before long, Id go from 160lbs to a metric ton. I will be back, though---Just maybe not too soon.

Decent all-around variety. The buffet is kept stocked and the service is fairly good. Definitely not much selection for vegetarians, though. Their pizza crust is not too great, and the food is all-around lacking in quality A lot of plates on their pile of clean dishes were dirty or still wet. Otherwise, a good place to eat a ton of pizza, even though the 12 dollar dinner price seems a little steep for the quality of food. That said, it does include a drink and theyve got soft-serv ice cream too. The decor and furniture are all a tacky attempt to evoke a western theme and in my opinion it degrades the places atmosphere. I will return, though probably not often. Cool basketball court for little kids.

The manager was the rudest person I ever met he turned 5 people away and wouldnt stop saying Gotta draw the line somewhere. I understand they stopped making food for the buffet at 8 but I have not been treated this rudely ever! We drove a very long way and I had to keep both my kids from crying. Mess with my kids and it will be the last time anyone in my family or circle of friends ever spends money at this establishment. Shakopee is worth the drive make it!

Pizza Ranch is a good family friendly restaurant and this location has a small basketball court for kids. The food is good and you can usually request a pizza if it is not on the buffet. The service here has always been good. Its a little bit pricey especially on the weekends when the buffet is $13 per person. However most buffets are around that and if you go during the weekday its $10 and change per person so thats better. All in all a good place to eat.

I love Pizza Ranch! Good pizza, great dessert. I love that the Lakeville location has both coffee and the softserve ice cream (somwthing that not all the locations have), but they are charging for it. A weekend buffet at Lakeville is around $12 vs. $9 at the Le Sueur Location. I like to go here with my friend whose writing a book when we do review and editing, we eat some, work for two hours, get some dessert and work another hour.

The food is very good, the location I like, and has a good atmosphere. The staff was pretty good too for the most part. The first time I came in, the man at the front counter was very rude and had this mean look on his face when I ordered the buffet, but the second time it was a complete 180 and everyone was very friendly and nice. I would say it was a good experience. Although sometimes the staff can be iffy.

Thought the food was very good. Chicken was really great. Wished there had been gravy for the potatoes. Enjoyed the many different kinds of pizza. The apple dessert pizza was out of this world. Other members of the family thought each of the dessert pizzas were super. This was our first visit to Pizza Ranch and it will not be our last. Wish there were more establishments in the Twin cities.

We had a 6 year old birthday party with 15+ kids. This place was awesome! They made sure to have more "kid friendly" type pizzas, plus a sound proof fun room for the kids to whoop it up, and their staff was nothing less than steller. The manager Bill especially was great and really made it a great experience! Thank you Bill!! DEFINITELY recommend this place for a kids party.

The place was a complete mess. There was trash all over the ground and spilled sauce and food. There was about 5 employees sitting around at a few tables eating and talking, and only one employee was working on the buffet stuff. I thought the pizza selection was horrible. And it seemed like the pizza had been sitting out for awhile. Salad bar was pretty good, but thats it.

Very crappy pizza served in bulk on a buffet. Theyll come around with fresh pizzas on occasion, and theyll have some really unique slices at times. But the pizza still sucks pretty bad. In fact, the only worse pizza I can think of is Peter Piper Pizza and Chuck E Cheese. Do not go for the pizza! On the buffet they do serve fried chicken, and it is quite good!

I love pizza ranch. I show up, give them my money and eat until I blow up. This location is a little extra special. Theyve got a basketball court for the youngns, Mac n cheese, and a separate area for the holy Grail that is cactus bread and dessert pizza. I regret eating there every time I go, but still very delicious.

You never know what you are going to get. Had my order messed on multiple occasions. The last time they completely forgot to make my order and after waiting an extra 20 minutes finally got our food only to find out they messed up the order. The buffet is usually good, but will never order out from here again.

Called to place pick up order. Got a young gal that didnt know the menu, or their deals. Placed order online since she couldnt accept the mailed coupon. Ready in 25mins?! 8pm midweek. Get there its dead, theyre cleaning, but stopped to escort us to the counter. Subpar, rubbery pizza.

I payed almost $15 for inconsistent pizza coming out that was on par with frozen pizza from the grocery store. I could have gotten a large davannis pizza and been much happier. Service for the most part was not cheerful, more condescending. Will not be returning.

There is a Pizza Ranch closer to my house, but the quality of the food at this Pizza Ranch is far superior. The food is always excellent and the people are very friendly and courteous as well. They are always looking to make your experience an awesome one.
