By far one of the WORST restaurants I have EVER been to. This review is based SOLELY on food. My boyfriend were basically driving back from the Garlic Festival that was held in Hutchinson. We saw the sign for unhinged and looked up the menu. We saw wings and we were sold, especially since they boast about having the best chicken. We placed an order for takeout. Staff was extremely nice.. however these wings were AWFUL. If there was a word that could describe them worse than awful I would use it. Detestable? Unacceptable? Beyond disgusting? I picked up a wing. It was huge. At first I was impressed... but then I took a bite. Pure FAT. No meat. Tried another one. Pure fat. White nasty gelatin looking fat. I wanted to puke. In fact I gagged. I called the restaurant because there was NO WAY I was going to pay $17+ dollars for chicken wing bones wrapped in fat. The first guy I talked to said "well maam Im sorry but thats the kind of meat we get." Ummmm, ok? If I owned a restaurant and got that kind of feedback I would LISTEN. I told them I would send pictures. After a lengthy conversation/arguement with the man I spoke to, he told me he would have a manager refund my card and call me back. I got the call and they refunded my money back to the card I paid with. I was pleased... until I got another voicemail from this ridiculous place two hours later. This woman who claimed to be a manager left me a message saying t was illegal to refund a card when a customer paid with cash. LOL WE DIDNT PAY WITH CASH. Anyways, I never was charged for the wings. Sorry this review is so long.. I am just AMAZED that a pizza chain selling the lowest quality of meat and cicis style pizza could have a 4 star review. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Great staff as always (Ask what kind of pizza you would like and are polite). Food is great the couple times Ive eaten here (fresh during lunch time). Price is good for buffet. Love the concept they have for their food-chain. Will definitely continue eating here and at other Unhinged Pizzas.

Stopped while on the road, not expecting anything great. I was very pleasantly surprised. The pizza was excellent and their salad bar was fresh and reasonably varied. The staff asked whether we had any requests for the buffet, which was nice.

Super friendly staff who are almost too willing to bend over backwards to help you out! Great Pizza and the buffet is always a favorite. Love how they have added gluten free options for those with alternative diets or allergies.

Some of the worst pizza you will ever taste. Buffet style restaurant leaves old food out. Trash service matches the awful quality of the food. Over priced for absolutely no return. Do not waste your money.

I love the food! But the hours of service suck! Everytime I think of ordering out they are closed the entire day.. or dont open until 4. Being the ONLY place to get food delivered in Norwood. Grrr!
