Noodles and company itself is very very good. However this location is clearly understaffed. One guy ringing ans one guy serving at 12:30 rush? So I ordered a pesto Cavatappi with ROSA SAUCE ADDED INTO It. Someone next to me had ordered a pesto cavatappi normal, They gave mine to the other gentleman and then i over heard them arguing about it. And then he grabs a normal pesto Cavatappi and STILL BAGS THE INCORRECT ITEM KNOWING ITS WRONG AND HANDS IT TO ME. Completely disrespectful to know its the wrong order and still send it out. If it wasnt so busy i would have said something about that but i just asked for the correct sauce and left. Its one thing to forget something. thats understandable. But to have another employee tell you the item is incorrect and you still bag it and send it out? Come on now. ( not to mention it took 15minutes for my food to be cooked. )

Let me start by saying the food is consistently pretty good. Its the staff that I have a hard time with. No customer service skills. Today I interrupted the cashier while he was on his phone behind the cash register. I greeted him. Isnt it supposed to be the other way around? The place was dirty and really an off time to be eating, around 4pm. There should be enough staff to keep the place clean.

good place to bring kids. Quick service. I knocked a star off because the steamed vegetables that come with kids meal were barely cooked. Brocolii should be steamed for 10 minutes minimum and when you bring the food out in 5, its still touch for my toddler to eat. Would rather wait a few minutes more for fully cooked food.

I ordered the Alfredo and it was loaded with oil d very bland. The only thing with flavor was the chicken (which just tasted like KFC) and tomatoes. It left me nauseous and wanting to throw up. All of the vegetables was under the pasta sitting in oil. Thanks for the night of throwing up.

This location is absolutely terrible. Weve frequently ordered, and the food has either been prepared wrong, or their online ordering system fails, and we show up for take out and noone know anything about our order. Avoid!!! Note to management....stop the bleeding!

Me and my group of friends walked in at 9 at night, they looked at us and they said the system is down and it will take half hour to get it running again. They were lying because they didnt want to serve us. We saw other people walk in and order just fine.

I havent eaten at Noodles in a few years, but was craving Pad Thai recently. The recipe was nothing like I remembered- there were literally zero vegetables in my dish, and it mostly tasted of oil. Im not sure if it was a fluke or what, but yuck.

Good food. The menu has changed since I last visited, keeping things fresh is always good. The sandwiches were off the menu. The new Korean Beef dish was well made and had a decent kick for the fast food level of spiciness.

So.... Its a chain and its relatively consistent re: its food. However, if you eat there, expect some of the tables to not be cleared, so it can feel a little dirty. If youre doing take out, is usually right on.

Good staff. My only issue is it gets crowded really fast upon opening. Im talking like semi full at like 11.30am on weekdays. Weekends and nights seem more relaxed.
