This is one of my favorite places to dine in Minneapolis. My Mom loves this place too! She insists we go every time she is in town. Happy hour is great! I especially enjoy the Mother board and the kombucha on tap for the day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and has an excellent atmosphere.This place is worth checking out if you are in the area.

Our dining party discovered this place on the way to dinner and decided to stop in. The restaurant itself is relaxed and nicely updated. Service was fun, friendly, and passionate about about what they serve. While their menu lends itself as a prelude for dinner elsewhere, I would have been just as happy to make a night of it there.

A great idea for a place to eat. Really enjoyed the local cheeses and pickled things. Being from Texas I decided to try their Michelada. It was an interesting take on the drink, but just OK. A little pricey but that speaks to the quality of the foods themselves. Great if you are splitting the cost of a board between a group.

Friendly, unique, cozy, comfort. Small selection, nothing fancy but a couple unique items. Accommodating to my GF requests. Excellent, detailed wine selection. Appeared a little pricy at first but I later learned they do not accept tips (she handed my cadh back to me) so that made it very reasonable.

Fun, funky, and super cool atmosphere. Gyst is going to be more for some people than others by nature of what they serve, but everyone can have a great time there. Beer and wine is will always be different from what youve had elsewhere and you can tell they care about what they do.

Unique concept with a variety of tasty fermented dishes. All food is organic. They have delicious Kombucha on tap! Staff was welcoming, friendly, and very passionate about the food they serve. Highly recommend stopping by and checking it out. Your gut will thank you

So lucky to have stumbled upon this place: the staff is passionate and excited about the food and drinks they make! Some of the best kombucha Ive ever had, and if youve never had beet kvass, well, this is probably the only place youre going to find it.
