Failed to put my sides in my bag so I had to request those. Also, I ordered 2 corn dog nugget kids meals which included a "special prize " which the sign advertised a Jan 2016 movie. They combined my kids corn dog nuggets in one container and then when I asked about the toys my kids had patiently waited for, they said "what toys? We never have toys." On top of that, their soda machine was down. They did offer a 10% discount, however. Wish I never went there.

I am fine with waiting when there is a line, but when the owner sits 20 ft from you smoking up a storm and it goes in your car you think the person on the other end of the intercom would be empathetic about the situation. That wasnt the case. He said thats the owner and its their property... well Ill never be back then you smokey pigs. Sonic down the street was better anyway

Show up at 845 to run in and grab a quick bite. Hours listed stay lobby open until 9pm, doors locked at 845??? Bad business. Go to drive through, pitch black cant even read the sign, order 1st burger and when I order the second you tell me you are out of hamburgers???? I understand running out of simple things but hamburger are you kidding me??? Horrible horrible horrible

I went for a gallon of A and W root beer did not have it got 4 large he started filling went empty he said be about 10 minutes I waited 10 minutes still not ready wait another 10 minutes still not ready another five minutes he came out and said that they cannot fix it cuz they dont have a CO2 tank I left without any root beer at all worst experience A&W ever.

When the drive through made a mistake on my order I told them there must have been a misunderstanding and was told very rudely that there was no confusion and the order "was what came out of my mouth". Attitude of the employees has continued to go down for some time. The food just isnt worth the aggravation.

Also a KFC they got this weird rule that if you use a coupon you have to get mashed potatoes you cant get corn or fries without being charged extra. Only KFC I ever been to(includes combo restaurant including with A & W) that enforces that "rule " . The lady told me "oh we just play by the rules" wow

Had a VERY long wait time, they were very unorganized, the lobby was disgusting and very dirty, our order was under another customers number so that was very confusing. Overall they need to clean up and not have five employees working if three are standing around asking what they should be doing!!!

Gone there twice now since I moved to the area and both the a&w side and kfc side both screwed up my meal over charged me for what I never got in my meal and always is cold and soggy ! Never go there Customer service is just horrible no smiles or conversation just "$6.95, thanks bye now"

They had no lettuce or tomatoes and were out of root beer. I work at a fast food place and I see when people lie about these things to discourage customers from ordering. If this isnt the case than someone isnt ordering your stock right.

Asked for an item 4 times over the intercom. When I got my item, it was wrong. I confronted him and he told me thats what I ordered. The staff is not trained. Ive had nothing but bad experiences at this place. Do not go here.

Horrible horrible horrible thats all i need to say. No customer service. No one gives a rats ass about the customer. Order was cold and screwed up. Manager is a dunce. Whole place needs new workers and management.

Cold, crass, and they were unable to provide the proper bun for the Papa Burger because they were "unable to buy the sesame seeds byns". Theres plenty of other options around here so dont bother.

Went through drive through. Customer service was good. Had to pull up and wait for order. Fries were soggy. Popcorn chicken was overcooked and some pieces were rock hard. Burgers were good.

Well, I noticed the good was literally microwaved from the thick-hardness from the bun and the bacon seemed to be hard and chewy in serval spots. I dont have any further comment.
