Ive had a couple good toppers experience, but had a terrible experience today. I ordered a two topping online and arrived a few minutes passed when the order was supposed to be ready (so as to be able to just grab it and go). I walk into the store and wait 5 mins to be greeted while standing at the counter, I sign the slip and nothing. The person doesnt tell me anything about my order. I can see they dont have any pizzas ready and that the production staff are panicking trying to get pizzas made so I dont think anything of it. I wait 40 minutes before getting up to ask, only to find that my pizza was actually ready about 5 mins after I arrived, and it had just been sitting there while no one (including the person who checked me in, puffy haired girl who was complaining about wanting to go home) bothered to tell me. To add insult to injury, they didnt put BBQ sauce or any sauce on the pizza and instead included a side of chocolate dipping sauce. Worst pizza experience of my life, but I will give a new rating if I give them another chance at my business.

Best Pizza Chain Ever! Food is great and every time you talk to someone on the phone and when they deliver they are always happy and have a really positive attitude. Pretty cool guys all around. The only thing that could improve is delivery times. It typically takes 45 minutes for delivery, but they have always been accurate in their stated delivery times since Ive started ordering from this location a few months ago. With that being said, the extra wait is worth it. Id rather wait 15 minutes for a quality product and service than to deal with poor customer service.

Placed a larger pre-order of pizza for a client party. It was supposed to arrive at 11am. It is now 11:30am and not only has the pizza not arrived, but Toppers wont answer their phones. I was on hold for 10 minutes before the call disconnected. I tried calling back a few other times only be placed on hold again. It is has been a long time since I have had this poor of service. I had to send my clients home early because they had planned on eating here, but pizza obviously isnt coming at this point. So disappointing.

New to the area. Called in after a long drive home. Was put on hold for quite a while before finally having my call fielded. The pizza was worth the was. We got the thick crust old school peperoni pizza and bacon topper sticks and were totally blown away at how good it was. Pricier than the generic chain pizza joints but way better. This is on par with Jets as best delivery pizza in the area.

The customer service was horrible! They took my order and then never sent the order through. When I called the store to ask what happened they said the new guy didnt put the order through. Never tried to make it better. Told me they were short staffed and couldnt help. Sad we go there often as a company for something quick. We will not order from there again due to the customer service ...

I ordered a single order of cheese sticks, it is a Tuesday night. About 5 minutes later I ordered a dominos pizza and chicken, I got the dominos in about 30 minutes. It has been over an hour and my cheese sticks havent even arrived, nor have I gotten a call. It is ridiculous that I can get a whole pizza and order of chicken faster then one single order of cheese stix

I did a group order for my employer which consisted of 8 pizzas, wings and some sticks. The service was excellent! They delivered the pizzas within 35 minutes which is incredibly impressive! The food also arrived hot and delicious! Several people had not had it before and everyone loved it! Kudos to this store and keep up the great work!

I should of checked the pizza before taking it home. I paid gourmet pizza prices and got a pepperoni pizza that had no cheese on half of the pizza and a cheese burger pizza that also had little of everything. Ive had toppers before and never had this issue. Maybe just this store, not coming to this one again.

After having horrible customer experience with dominos I decided to give toppers a try, and they didnt dissapoint! Derek answered the phone and was super polite, he did a great job taking my order! Food got here fast and was very good! Thanks guys youve earned my business.

Service was good, but pizza not worth the price. Dominos, pizza hut and papa johns have pizza that is just as good or better but a lot cheaper. Toppers, either lower the price with WORTHWHILE coupons, or buy better quality ingredients like all other small pizza shops.

Slow, not enough people working. Lady has been standing at the counter for five minutes waiting to buy a drink while the cashier takes phone orders. Was told my order was ready but had to be sliced 20 minutes ago, still waiting. Pizza is good but come on.

Loved the food but this time was a little disappointed. Did an online order for pick up in 45 minutes during a non rush time and when I got there they hadnt even put it in the oven. Was glared at for not giving a tip. Disappointing experience.

Fast delivery, solid pizza, good price. Our girls love taco pizza and this is definitely the best option for our area on delivery. Delivery was only about 25 minutes and had two fresh pizzas for dinner. Easy online ordering too.

Never had any major issues with this store, pizza is always fantastic. Well worth the price. Only downside is delivery times could be improved. They show up at the time they tell you at least.

Great Pizza - usually on time when I go there to pick up the pizza. Sometimes if you pay online they have a hard time finding your order- They find it though! We will be back!
