I would give this establishment negative stars if there was something like that. I ordered a large and medium pizza and was told it would be delivered 1hr 30 mins ( a ridiculous wait time for pizza). Then when i did not receive my pizza even after the mentioned time, I called and after a wait time of 10 mins a person named Brandon answered and was ready to take a new order. Finally i was told by him that the Manager would call me back. 10 mins later no call from them and no pizza. So I called back and again after 10 mins wait....someone answered and agreed to cancel my order. When I complained that weve been waiting for food for so long and mentioned that the manager did not call back....the person very nonchalantly apologized and said he would cancel the order.....I havent got my money refunded yet....and I hope I dont have to make another call. This is the worst place ever. Never ever order here and in fact this has ruined me for pizza hut. I will never ever be eating or ordering pizza hut......Why all pizza huts? Because if they give their franchise to such people and dont bother even when there are ton of bad reviews for a given establishment i would not like to support such a business. NO PIZZA HUT FOR ME and I will tell this to as many people as I can. Super annoyed!!!

Worst pizza store ever. Never ever order from this store. Theyll never deliver..I ordered at 8:19PM and was promised delivery at 9:58 PM. I called the customer care 4 times, only to receive false promises of delivering in 10 mins. One of my call was connected to the store manager and I had never heard someone speaking so rude to me. I had to cancel my order after waiting for 2 and half hours. I would request everyone that sees this review not place order from this store (not from pizza hut also) ever. They are not worth your money. They did not even apologize for the mess and the lady iver the phone acted like she had difficulty hearing me. Pizza hut youve hired wonderful actors! PIZZA HUT, YOU LOSERS!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU.

Ive been here twice to pickup pizza and watched them handle money and other various dirty items and then go make a pizzas without wash their hands. Confronted they guy who didnt wash his hands tonight and he said pizza hut doesnt require them to wash there hands before making a pizza cause the oven cooks it.... so why are you required to put cooked meats your pizza? Why dont you put raw meats it - cause doesnt fully cook it. What was even worse is the guy put his hands into cheese bin which contaminated the entire bin. 2/23/14.

This Pizza Hut is .5 miles from my house. Last time I ordered, we waited well over an hour and when it finally arrived it was stone cold. The driver said he was lost. My house is .5 miles straight shot from the Pizza Hut. So...I gave them another shot tonight. I has been 1.5 hours. I called. She agreed. My pizza was really late. Hmmm. She will call the manager and will have him call me. I just want a stinkin pizza!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. UNREAL.

Went to this location on 8/29/16 around 8:00pm and was met with an extremely friendly employee! He engaged my husband and I in conversation about our evening and it was very pleasant! When our order was ready, he opened every box so that I could see everything that was ordered and it all looked excellent! When my family and I got home, we enjoyed everything! I was very pleased with my experience at this location and will very likely go back soon!

I will never order or eat pizza from here or anywhere else not professional at all late deliveries dont show up at all cant get a manager to pick after 15 min of waiting an called twice they charge you for spoiled dipping sauce ect why set delivery time an not be their you only get 30 min for lunch this place just need to dam close its always a problem when ever someone from this company orders food from here

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Stay away from this joint! I ordered pizza and they delivered it with one of the slice bitten!! I called the customer service with a very reasonable tone and they hung up on me! I will never spend another penny on pizz hut again! You lost my business forever! Not to mention I order pizza at least once a week for my staff! Pizza was cold also..

Worst. Stopped ordering from these guys when they sent me a wrong stale pizza last time and when I called to complain the call representative said she will ask manager to call back and am still waiting fir that call. Everytime you order the same pizza you will get different versions of it and they are not even good. These guyz should just close down.

I called in for delivery.. They took down all my info.. Gived me estimated time of arrival..which was about half an hour.. After waiting 90 minutes.. I called it in asking about my order.. They stated no record of an order was placed.. They left me starving for no reason.. The call center I called sounded like a drunken bar.. Very unprofessional

Not good. We are not returning after going to this location for 8 + years! We ordered three 6 piece wing and got 8. Our pizzas were all wrong. End result had to wait 45+ mins for a take out order we were already 10 mins late for. Not to mention nothing was fully cooked and just thrown together like a mess. This location needs more help.

Disgustingly cold. Took 30 + minutes to get the food than what was estimated. The cheese said "caution: hot", but oddly it was so cold it had started to have moisture on the cup and the cheese was hardened. I would assume they do not care what product they produce at this location, as long as it looks like they are making "food".

all the bad reviews are some bullshit the drivers car apparently broke down while on the way to deliver my food, so the manager tells me to come in for a 20% discount... when i arrive he ends up giving me the $17 meal all for free. food was nice and hot too. hope next time my experience is just as great!

-Took over an hour to be delivered. -Didnt put extra sauce on any of our pizzas. In fact there was almost no sauce at all. -Didnt put any sauce drizzle on our pizzas. -Didnt put any crust seasoning on our pizzas. -Still charged us for all of these things. I will not order from this store again.

Ordered pizza. Pizza was soft. 2 starts for this onlu. But the guy who delivered pizza was not friendly at all. The place was not clean. The guy who delivered pizza had dirty nail. His nails were kind of black. After receiving pizza totally lost the mood to eat it. I will never go there again.

Placed an online order with a future pickup time for spicy garlic chicken wings. Order was not ready when I arrived. When I came home, I realized they gave me the wrong item. I was given boneless garlic parmesan wings and I ordered spicy garlic bone in wings.

Absolut dissapointment cold pizza and bread sticks tipped driver almost $10 just to find out its the wrong pizza when I get inside the house to feed the family everyone is disappointed I will not be ordering from this location again
