This is twice consecutively that I have had issues with this store. First after waiting 34 mins in the drive through only one car ahead of me and the one behind me drive off after they ordered, I finally asked for a refund and now this time 18mins in drive through and no one ahead of me, I had to recorrect the clerk to not get overcharged, I get home and wouldnt you know the order was IF YOURE LOOKING FOR TVS THEY HAVE 70 INCH SMART TVS FOR $140 FROM 6PM TODAY UNTIL 5PM TOMORROW AT THE NEW...See More. I tried to call the store and after 6mins 18 seconds of phone ringing I hung up. This franchise owner definantly needs to get this store back on track and re evaluate the leadership in the store, because its very obvious the current leadership cant operate the store efficiently!!!! This store hasnt always been this way. Hopefully they can get back in the game!!!

After waiting in line in the drive through for 30 minutes and having my order messed up, when the manager corrected it and refunded my money, he was very rude and sarcastic about the experience. When I asked for his name, he proceeded to flip out and told me to "GO F#$% MYSELF" and then slammed the window and walked away. This also happened in front of my 4 year old daughter. I have spoke to the store manager and the regional manager and I expect this situation to be handled properly and this "manager" to be out of a job. Also, after reading the reviews about this store, I would highly recommend not going there. They have some real problems that need to be worked out or they might as well shut the place down.

I want to commend the team working the 11:00pm-12:00 am on Thursday, March 16th. They had a line of at least 10 cars at 11:45pm and were helping people in a very efficient way. They had a customer come up to the window, while I was waiting for my food, to make a complaint about an onion being on the sandwich. The lady working the drive through gladly took the sandwich back and fixed it when it was clearly an easy issue for the customer to take off the onion. All the employees working that shift with that big of a rush should be given some slack and appreciation. Everything I ordered was great and the employees working that shift should be recognized for their efficient service.

dont go through drive thru if you have high blood pressure issues. Absolutely terrible. Im not even sure if words can fully explain our 2nd attempt of experiencing this BK however our total was 6$ more, theyve repeated our order wrong and back to us about 10 times, dropped our cell phone trying to use it for a coupon code & continued to tell us "hold on" through the drive thru speaker. Lets just say, our coupon code expired in 15 minutes of downloading- and the coupon expired by the time we got to use it at the drive thru window

I have been in there a couple times lately for bfast and lunch. I will order a complete meal $4+ and then ask for ONE packet of sauce and they have to charge .10 cents. I mean how can a place sell you $4 or $5 worth of food, then say sorry we cant give you BBQ or Mustard or anything unless you pay ten cents for it. Their sign even says .10 for ADDITIONAL sauces. it does not say .10 for all sauces unless you get chicken strips. ??? Really??? I will not be returning and will tell everyone I know how I feel about it.

I had to leave at least one start to leave a review but my review would be 0 stars. Horrible visit. They were out of all chicken and all ice cream. Took over 20 minutes to get a couple of burgers and fries. Back line workers were not wearing hair nets that were very much needed. The only way I would go back in this restaurant is if I worked for the health department and was shutting them down.

The staff was very friendly! Even though the shake machine was off for the night because we came in late, the gentleman working made my son a shake anyway since he heard I spilled his dippin dots earlier and owed him ice cream. The woman who we first talked to was very friendly and engaging to me and my son. Food was also very good!!! All around a great visit!!!

It was very clean!!!! The crew that was on duty was very up beat and positive. The manager on duty was great he was interacting with the customers and had great control of his crew and restaurant. Best fast food experience period!!!!!!!
