I just called the number that Ive called for over 4 years. I simply wanted to order a pizza, drive over and pick it up and have dinner for myself. I listened to the recorded specials and then, some apathetic girl answers and asks to take my order. Before I gave my order, I asked to confirm that this was the correct location, as to avoid any possible mishaps. She kept saying "This is customer service" and I could not understand WTF she was talking about. I asked her why I was speaking to not the actual location and she said that when it rings so many times, it transfers to "customer service" (and apparently, "customer service" is at some random location). I asked her how I could speak to someone AT the ACTUAL damn location to place an order for pick-up and she said that all I could do is to continue to call and hopefully, someone would pick up. I said, "But what if it keeps transferring to you guys?" She said, "I dont know. Thats all you can do." This is beyond ridiculous. Let me add that my very first job was working for Pizza Hut and as an 18 year old back then, I was actually proud of the company, as we did a good job of caring about providing good customer service. This is rubbish and now Id rather eat a sandwich at home than to ever again order from Pizza Hut...or at least this location.

Very late, dried up, cold, order wrong, dispiccable. I ordered 2.5 hours early and the order was confirmed. It arrived 40 minutes after confirmed delivery time. I was told to call back with driver still there and get a discount taken off. I was hung up on THREE times waiting to speak to their supervisor. All this for $5 off?? Pathetic. I was so done with them at this point I didnt bother. Theres so little cheese on the pizza the toppings are falling off and you can see the bottom of the pizza crust just looking at each slice. The driver was nice and apologetic-opposite of the the girls answering the phones. They asked if I wanted a remake but I dont want to wait 3 more hours to get my pizza. This was my third terrible experience here and is last time I order from pizza hut. Disgusting pizza, disgusting service, disgusting experience.

Ordered the delivery special which was one large 2 topping pizza which also came with free CHEESE sticks as advertised for signing up my email. 30 mins after the projected delivery time I finally got my pizza and sticks. Unforthetly they werent cheese sticks they were just breadsticks with some terrible watery marinara on the side. The pizza looked so sad. It only had like 10 little pieces of chopped up bacon and maybe 8 slices of mushroom. I called the store to complain but no one answered after two calls. Called corporate and they just refunded the money for the cheese sticks. So yeah, this Pizza Hut is off my pizza list for sure now. Oh and to top it off, the pizza and the bread sticks tasted terrible. Its really hard to mess up a pizza but they did.

I have tried multiple times over the last few years to give this location "one more try" and every time they fail. I like a few of the food items they offer, and the delivery drivers are usually courteous and quick. However, the people who take the order dont listen and rarely get the order correct. When you call back to resolve the issue they act like you made them mess up, or it was your fault they didnt tell you the location was out of a specific item. And why does it always take 1 hour to get a delivery when Papa Johns can be here in 30 minutes? Theyve lost my business, and I DO NOT recommend them to others. Save your money or order from another place!

I ordered a pizza at 730 online and received an email at 737 that it was placed and would be to me at 907 pm. 930 rolled around and no Pizza so I called to be answered by a rude girl telling me it was on the way. The driver shows up at 950 and I still tip him 5 dollars and when I get inside and open the box its cold! Not a lil warm or room temp cold! I call back immediately and the line is busy for 10 minutes before I get though to the same girl who is even ruder when I ask for a manager. Finally after asking five times she puts me through not to a MANAGER but customer service. ..who doesnt even work at the store. ... God job Pizza hut.

I ordered a dinner box deal and after a little over an hour wait I was treat VERY poorly by an employee at the store, then told there was 3 orders ahead of mine, but that if they didnt get there in 4 minutes the order would be free. Then about 40 minutes later I called back and was told they had ran out of pizzas for the box deal but had neglected to call and tell me that, so I wouldnt be receiving anything! So I will certainly NEVER order from this place again!!!! Worst service I have ever received from any restaurant!!!!! And they didnt even try to make it up to me! Papa Johns will be where I go from now on!

This pizza hut is the biggest joke....do NOT order from here!!!!!! I had a $15.00 credit because, they screwed up my order last time (as usual)...I called to order a stuffed crust pizza and a girl by the name of kiram, who says she is the supervisor (which I highly doubt. She had no class, and obviously no education. She kept calling me boo and giggling with her friends). She said someone just used my credit....when I told her that she just told me that I had a $15.00 credit, she started stuttering and said she didnt say that. Bottom line, dont order from here!

SO bobby at the store just answered and I asked if they were open yet and he very shortly said no. I asked what time they opened he said just as briskly 11. as I was trying to say thank you he just hung up on me. I did call back for his name and to verify that he was physically at the store ( and not a call center) he said he was and I told him he was rude as hell and I would be writing this review and then hung up. WILL NEVER use this store and our company orders close to 300.00 in pizzas on almost a monthly basis....very sad the way people treat each other.

Ordered $60 worth of pizza. Took over an hour to get it and had to call 2 times to see where my order was which probably got lost and theyvstarted making it after I called. Was offered a whole $4 credit for their mistakes. Not happy at all. I definitely will be checking on other options when ordering pizza. We have been loyal pizza hut customers and order often from this location and the Whitehouse location but its time to try something else. Not impressed pizza hut, not impressed at all.

Very disappointed. After waiting over an hour to go pick up my pizza, I discovered the restaurant moved to a new location, and they didnt notify me when I placed my order. The address on the website wasnt correct. I called to get new address once I discovered the old one was shut down. The girl on the phone couldnt stop goofing off long enough to even give me the new address. Staff was rude and bad mannered, and the food was mediocre. My family will go elsewhere in the future.
